I've been in lurker-mode for a couple months. I go thru spells of active posting, followed by periods of lazy lurking. Sort of like binge-eating, LoL...

the stats show - IMHO a quite dismal ` engagement rate `

45% have never posted anything

i only have admin experience with tiny special interest forums with < 500 members and due to the nature - we expected [ and got ] an engagement - to the point on one board - no posts in the first month = account delete

i assume that ATS doesnt see any problem with its stats - nature of the beast i guess

I'm a relatively regular face, although I don't always post when I probably should, and I often post when I probably shouldn't.

I'm way too easily drawn into pointless debates on here, but I guess that's part of this site's charm.

I'm no one special.

I suppose I am an occasional poster when working, but a regular when I am not working. I am always looking for an interesting, intelligent debate/discussion, as well as delving into and sharing different points of view as I am a life-long learner. I find myself ignoring many threads now due to many reasons as some posters here have already explained.

I think we should all come in and do a rap or poem describing ourselves or why we're here!!

Seemed they were dreamin' or prob's with their brain stem, felt I had to condemn.

Signed up grainofsand, nearly banned, threads were canned, mod's got the upper hand, felt like Custer's last stand...
Learned the rules and who were the fools, trolled religion and philosophy, picked holes like a pigeon on coffee,
Lots of hating for my baiting...but I'm not here for the mating, just waiting for that one good thread before I'm dead.
