I thought so.........

That means the "it wasn't marked" defense is no defense at all, nor is "its not my fault someone sent it to me"

According to quoted law Hillary at a minimum was required to report presence of data relating to national defense stored in a non secure place - her private server.

It's a felony for sure.

I know that, in theory at least, i have strict rules that have to be followed when handling any federal document filed in my office. I can't imagine the rules are any different with the State Dept.

Yes, perhaps a red herring from the get go?
Which points to things much worse than "classified" info on her home server.

Weapons deals with foreign governments comes to mind.

Not only weapons deals with foreign governments but also NGO's now known with the initial "I" at the beginning of its name I suspect.

The whole rotten house of cards is in jeapardy with this matter.

Question.

Was that rule in effect when she was in office?

Many of the rules now in place have been enacted after she left office.

Read the story quotes right in the Opening Post.

The answer is in there.
