If nobody is investigating anything, why this ....

Judge orders Hillary to account for private server

It must be that pesky perjury thing again.

You mean, a judge appointed by a Republican President (actually two) is repaying a political favor?

Aren't you the one who asserts that's how it works? Judges repay political favors with improper rulings?

Should this judge have recused himself? Or is that only when you don't like the ruling?

Judge Emmet G Sullivan - GHW Bush appointee

From the beginning of this thread I have continued to say the changing of the thread title is at the mods discretion as they have final say.

They haven't changed it, have they?

Think about that.

You forgot to mention that you've been crying "under protest" for the same amount of time.

Think about the fact that you know you misrepresented your source.

Why should the mods clean up your mess? I don't blame them for letting your error stand.

Yeah she already cleaned up, so of course she wants to "accelerate the process".

A process that she has obfuscated from the beginning. This goes all the way back to... wait for it... Yeah. Benghazi. I said it! What of it!

Is there some reason you are trying so desperately to make this about me rather than the facts of the matter?

Oh yes, that's right, because the OP's source stated clearly that this was not a criminal investigation.

But, hey ... Batboy and Elvis may show up to give testimony in the case any minute ... no wait, that's the National Enquirer, not the Post.

I believe several apologies to me are in order....my title is correct.

Well based on the original source of your thread and the information therein, where it explicitly stated the FBI was not investigating Hillary personally, only the security of her email servers, the original title of thread and title of your original source were not in agreement . Finding a source later that fits your (originally) incorrect title doesn't make the original comments about an incorrect thread title invalid. No apologies for that, sorry not sorry.

That's the spirit!

Let's demonstrate clearly just how far off the reservation these (to date) baseless accusations really are!

I stand corrected. You are that dishonest.

It's sad that so many people on this site are not interested in truth, facts and logic. They only want confirmation bias and to have their beliefs validated to them...even if it's through lies.

You might want to stop there and re read this thread and see how you spoke to people.
How you ignored what they said and blamed them for misdirecting the thread.
Some people would say just the opposite.

There is one thing no one has mentioned.

The other people involved in the emails. She sent them to somebody.

She really has a lot riding on this... she has stated she turned everything over that was work related and deleted everything she felt was "personal".

That's all good but all it will take is one single email from someone she sent it to that doesn't show up in what she turned over and she is done for. But if she was smart and didn't want to leave traces, then she would have never hit the reply button.... she would have answered every email with a new one, so there is no chain.

I would bet money that someone out there is holding some emails that she may regret. Time will tell.

Maybe it is time for Larry Flynt to do one of his million dollar rewards....

how far off the reservation

Racism isn't needed in this discussion....

It is fact, she had classified information being exchanged between parties on a personal server. That alone is a criminal action. Worse than this, is they are redundantly listed in the server, meaning they were classified and shared with multiple people, not vetted and without clearance ,who had access to her email server. Again, a criminal action. It's not hard to understand, State Department redacts several emails using the B1 exemption from FOIA. B1 Exemptions are exemptions based around concerns of national security. That State Department has already provided the evidence of wrong doing.

There is no real discussion if criminal activity occurred, this has been established. The FBI investigation is who, outside of the emailed recipients has also had access to sensitive B1 exempted material.

There are 3 potential outcomes that will result from this:

1) They get ahold of the servers and then discover that there is something there. What happens to Hillary Clinton?

2) They get a hold of the servers and then find out that there is nothing there, that she did indeed hand over all of the emails and it is just more waste of time and money?

3) They are in the midst of their investigation and then are told to back off due to executive privilege, from both President Obama and Former President Clinton. Without the ability to do anything, and stuff being classified, they can not make a move or even touch the information without violating federal laws.

"What difference does it make?"

Well.........none now. Hillary has had PLENTY of time to cover her tracks. Hell, she even slowed them down. Hillary Clinton has handed the State Department 55,000 pages of emails for public release -- but in paper, not their original electronic format. B*#^h move right there! Scandal after scandal.

Nothing will be done to Hillary........and with a heavy sad soul I see her winning the POTUS.

Very good point! I am going with 3!

Isn't it true that we are all innocent until proven guilty?

Not Democrats.

(or liberals, progressives, socialists, atheists, etc.)

That to me sounds like "playing the victim card"

Hillary really needs to bow out gracefully and focus on being a grandma now and groomer extraordinaire for Chelsea's future political endeavors. If she sticks around any longer, she is going to taint the waters for Chelsea.

can't they just go away? I can't imagine another Clinton on Capitol Hill Chelsea would be twice as bad as her mother, she's been raised that criminal activities is normal...No more Clinton's in D.C

Not sure other people don't see this the same way you and myself see it. I think some people want so badly to believe she is the perfect choice they're willing to ignore public opinion and apologize for her.

This is not a normal investigation at all. When it comes to Hillary Clinton, they have to sift through lie after lie after lie after lie in order to just find some truthful evidence. ~$heopleNation
