Silicone Valley Billionaire Reported Visit by ET A Couple of Decades Ago

A thread earlier today inspired to revisit the details of this case, but I cannot recall the guy's name.

I believe it was in the mid-1990s. He had created a fantastic software program and sold it for billions. He was a young man at the time. He reported that an ET had visited in his bedroom. He stood on one side of the bed, and the ET on the other side. They had a long discussion about the state of the world and how he could help save it. As a consequence, the guy set out with a website, newsletter and a staff to begin his work. It was a very New Age type of endeavor to right the wrongs of the world but I don't think the activities ever got off the ground.

I received only a couple of the emails about his org and then none. And while I can't recall his name, I would recognize it if I came across it again. I've tried Google with variations of the title that I've used here, but no luck.

Anybody know anything about this guy?

No idea, but I seriously doubt that any individual has sold any program for billions, so that may be part of why you're having a hard time finding it.

I think that it was a stock that I use to hold a few shares of. I believe that "File..." was in the name of it, but that is a minor aspect of the mystery but could help in recovering his name. He was not the famous John White.

Yeah. It's Joe Firmage by the sound of it. Here's an article that Aliensun might have remembered: Silicon Valley CEO continues alien quest despite skeptics.

Another news headline was 'Silicon Valley CEO Meets Aliens.' It was a local paper in the Valley and no images seem to be available.

That's what inspired me to join in the first place, not the believers vs. skeptics BS.

Some very smart members dug up some obscure details about UFO related events from my childhood and past. This place can be a great resource.
