I really like no-knead, high hydration breads as they are so simple to make and are almost foolproof. If you cannot find a recipe let me know and I will giver you mine.

I got started on this because I could not find any really good bread around here.

I love a Pumpernickle with dried fruit and seeds. The stuff I am finding up here is plain, and they want an arm and a leg for it.

Bread baking can be therapeutic. I like trying different recipes and making styles I normally only get in restaurants.
