Hello everyone! Felt good to get out today. It was pretty chilly out there, but better than heat and humidity.

Christmas items every store we went to. Bought a few gifts and thought of Mom who won't be here, like the first Christmas we had without Dad. We always gathered at Mom's to exchange gifts. Wonder what we will do this year? I know the family will pull together and we'll have the little ones with all their excitement and joy. We'll have to make it a special and love filled day like we always have.

Let me assure you that the cuddle monster is most definitely to my knowledge NOT preggers.

I have one serving in the military, and another going through pilot selection as we speak, I reckon that's enough ickle Cody's running around for one world.

Not for lack of effort, but I think my days of overpopulating this beautiful planet are well and truly done and dusted.

No baby boots allowed in my house. No No No.

We are expecting a nasty winter storm coming our way tomorrow. So I am making sure I have everything I need to hunker down the next couple of days. We have 40 to 50 mph winds coming off the lake. I don't know if I'm ready for this. Winter is here!

Gordi, I love how you prepare for your storms! I think Kat should hang out at your house! Hell, when the storms hit here this Winter, think I'll hang out at your house.

Martin, I love stained glass and have different pieces around the house! One is a good size and it's of cats in a garden. Others are cats or hummingbirds or flowers. I even have a stained glass vase of cats and flowers. I came across a couple of gorgeous picture frames with stained glass around the edges to put aside for gifts. Love them!!!!!

Hey! I can do food too!!
You'd LOVE my alcoholic Christmas Cake Recipe...

Ingredients:
1 cup of water
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup of brown sugar
lemon juice
4 large eggs
lots of nuts
1 bottle Vodka
2 cups of dried fruit

METHOD:
Sample the vodka to check quality.
Take a large bowl,
Check the vodka again, to be sure it is the highest quality, pour one level cup and drink.
Repeat.
Turn on the electric mixer.
Beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl.
Add one teaspoon of sugar.
Beat again. At this point it's best to make sure the vodka is shtill OK.
Try another cup .... just in case.
Turn off the mixerer.
Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit.
Pick fruit off floor.
Mix on the turner.
If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterers pry it loose with a sdrewscriver.
Sample the vodka to check for tonsisticity.
Next, sift two cups of salt. Or something. Who careshz.
Check the vodka.
Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts.
Add one table.
Add a spoon of sugar, or somefink. Whatever you can find.
Greash the oven and wee in the fridge.
Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over.
Don't forget to beat off the turner.
Finally, throw the bowl through the window, finish the vodka
Fall into bed.
