It's just going to get worse and worse. The good people need to call it day. At this point risking their lives is not worth it. It's not safe there after dark.

Well NOW Tim is saying that another Vice reporter elsewhere is saying a building is being set on fire. Not 4 hours ago. Now at around 9:15 pm pst.

They lift the curfew, let people protest all they want as long as they're peaceful and on the sidewalk and this is what happens.

More buildings are burning, more shots are fired, things thrown in the road.

I have to give credit the the protesters that did try to keep the peace but these violent mobs are going to kill someone, either in the streets or sitting home in their house via a stray bullet.

These people need to go inside, be safe and let police round up the maniacs and it will be safer for everyone. Protest tomorrow again during the day.

Yeah, I was watching the first police surge to arrest the very large man with dreads. A few minutes before when he was talking to the pastor in the front line I could see him beating his chest at the cops while others were patting him down, trying to get him to relax. Within a few minutes the police line rush forward and arrest him and a lady. It happened so damn quick.

Now I am hearing they are lighting a building on fire. Around 9pm I was actually quite proud but now just seems chaotic.

They just said he got the guy on film

Witness reporting fire was ignited by police and they drove off and let it burn.

I didn't say 4 hours ago. I said 4 hours of feed. I have over 4 hours of spool from running the feed and I would take too long to go piece by piece to find exactly what I was talking about.

I will agree if the statement is amended to a handful of people chose to initiate a gunfire fight with police as the bulk of the protesters dispersed and went home. Don't paint a few thousand because of the deeds of a handful.

Then it's a deal. Most people are good in my book and hope for the best. The last thing I would ever want is for anything to threaten the people's right to peaceably assemble. Hence why I am cautious to always point out that these are actions of a few, not the many.
