Terrorism is not a sham, its a very real thing.
But i have to say, a bunch of oil countries "(like OPEC) are very interested in keeping the Middle East on a state of perpetual war with everyone(jews, christians, islam, the "west",the east, flowers, clouds, sand, everything). Think about it, Oil started going UP on the late 90's and hasn't come down too much ever since. Wether oil production and exports are handled by the state or private enterprises, it will always be a small bunch of very corrupt people getting all the cash.

Here in Venezuela i've experienced firsthand how corrupt and evil petro-dollars can make people. Since 98 these so-called socialists(commies) dictators have been kept alive thanks to the oil barrel price (about $110), billions upon billions of dollares have been stolen while my people stand in line on supermarkets to buy milk, oil, sugar and toilet paper.
While the Almighty Revolutionary Leaders carry a red shirt but a $10,000 watch, among other money laundering and embezzlement scandals.

Other places like the Emirates have actually experienced large growth WHILE making a profit.
There's enough for everyone, some are just megalomaniacs, sociopaths and big ol evil men that couldn't care less.

The SU-25 is the perfect plane for what the existing Iraqi government needs. It is a ground attack, close support plane. It can carry rockets, dumb bombs, and guided air-to-ground missiles. In other words, it's armed to the teeth for ground attack missions against ISIS forces.

Link

What I've read from various news sources is that the Iraqis got tired of waiting for the F-16s and attack helicopters from the U.S. (a multi-billion dollar contract) and instead spent $500 million for some SU-25s.

The Iraqis did fly this plane in the past, so these pilots can train new pilots or maybe even fly them themselves. The Russians are also sending support personnel to train new pilots.

I wonder if Iraq will use these planes to also eventually bomb ISIS targets in Syria. Syria has already launched airstrikes in Iraq against ISIS. So we end up up with Iraq-Syria-Iran cooperating to fight ISIS.

This is a weird situation where the U.S. wants to give aid to anti-Syrian forces, some of which could end up in ISIS hands. The only thing I can think of is that the U.S. and its allies want to keep the region destabilized.

It is a sham in that it is not as it is portrayed. Not one bit. It is financed by the Middle East oil countries. It is run by the same people that finance it. It is a shadow war being waged, guerrilla style, against the west.

I love all this stuff.

What people dont understand is that Iraq has been blown back into the stone age. They dont really have the logistical capability to support these aircraft. The idea of ISIS getting hold of them is a joke. they wouldnt even know how to refuel them. Aircraft and tanks are the weapons of advanced civilisations. Civilisations where there is an intelligent command and control where tanks and aircraft can be deployed strategically with ground support to protect supply lines and maintenence etc.

This war is a pig headed sham with a bunch of idiots driving from one bombed out target to another shooting people with guns. Thats as far as it will ever go. There isnt anythign of Iraq left. They wont even be able to supply water soon at this rate let alone avaiation fuel.

People are fleeing for fear of being killed. this means huge chunks of infrastructure are falling off the grid as we speak. Think what would happen if a two 20 miles from you just vanished? Think your Walmart would still be stocked?

I think the best thing for Iraq would be for a MASSIVE Russian ground support program to show how professionals can do things. Heavily armed Russians managed by a proper comand and control would soon restore peace. Od course the problem then is for how long and I dont think there is an aswer unless they have a government that everyone trusts, but taking all their guns away would be a start. I dont know where they get their ammunition from though? Its not like they shoot as though there was a shortage of bullets and guns dont do mch without bullets.

Exactly.

The Irony is its only Iran that hasnt really been downgraded and now is probably one of the strongest players in the region.

Syria - civil war
Iraq - civil war
Eygpt - govt change
Turkey - riots

I think I could go on but my geo-politically awareness isnt that great.

One other observation.

Russia seems able to give people what they want. The ability to defend themselves.

The US seems to want to disarm everyone and install puppet politically correct governments.

I think its pretty clear which is the greater of two eveils.

Give a man a fishing rod and teach him to fish or give him the democratic balllot box?

Putin has got common sense, mother wit, and logic.

Obama is a nitwit, with no native intelligence, no spine, and little morality and no strategic sense.

He let Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice and this Powers woman, the UN rep; talk him into the Libya fiasco.

Though it may be that the globalists are directly telling Obama what to do.

Kerry the Skull n Bones guy is running foreign policy at the command of the globalist agenda.

Obama may be just taking orders.

Regarding the planes, I hope the Iraqis have qualified people to fly those planes

Even if Lockheed rushed their Vipers their pilots wouldn't be close to use them for ground attack any time soon.

What they need is more along the lines of the Texan II. The Su-25 is damn good, but a COIN platform would be better.

"The Third World War must be fomented by taking advantage of the differences caused by the "agentur" of the "Illuminati" between the political Zionists and the leaders of Islamic World.

The war must be conducted in such a way that Islam (the Moslem Arabic World) and political Zionism (the State of Israel) mutually destroy each other.

Meanwhile the other nations, once more divided on this issue will be constrained to fight to the point of complete physical, moral, spiritual and economical exhaustion…We shall unleash the Nihilists and the atheists, and we shall provoke a formidable social cataclysm which in all its horror will show clearly to the nations the effect of absolute atheism, origin of savagery and of the most bloody turmoil.

Then everywhere, the citizens, obliged to defend themselves against the world minority of revolutionaries, will exterminate those destroyers of civilization, and the multitude, disillusioned with Christianity, whose deistic spirits will from that moment be without compass or direction, anxious for an ideal, but without knowing where to render its adoration, will receive the true light through the universal manifestation of the pure doctrine of Lucifer, brought finally out in the public view.

This manifestation will result from the general reactionary movement which will follow the destruction of Christianity and atheism, both conquered and exterminated at the same time."

A shadow war, guerilla style, waged in the east against the west. It has worked to an extent, people in the middle east hate hate hate the USA. Could be the reason why they find it so easy to recruit the young and the stupid (redundant).

I mean i've seen quite a few cases of muslims living in USA,Europe and the UK going to fight in Syria and now going to join ISIS in Iraq. To them i say, good riddance and don't let the will of allah hit you on the way out.God knows millions of people like myself would give an eye and 4 fingers to enjoy living in a country like any of those. The world is really messed up right now, more so than 10 years ago. Everything is unfolding very fast.

Glad to see they are getting these planes. Now there is no reason for them to be asking America to do any air strikes for them.

Because 5 SU-25's can secure the airspace of an entire nation...

ISIS doesn't have total control of the nation now do they? Also seeing how other nations like Iran and Lebanon has said they are willing to help with ISIS the 5 SU-25's won't be working alone.
