I know someone who works there and his job is to enter received resumes into their governmental spyware database. In the past year, he has entered in
thousands of resumes from all over the world.
People are so generous in giving out personal information on their resumes but the government now knows your address, degree info, all the places you
worked, and the people you know (references)...
The point is not to hire you but to get you into their tracking program. It's why they rarely actually hire anybody:
