Obama will issue a new Executive Orduh that mandates the cows go through a training class to be able to read new signs that say "Stay off Federal Lands".

LOL !

They have a master sinister plan. The Feds have decimated the cattle industry there, Bundy is the last one.

Then with his 'climate' agenda, and new regulations on co2 emissions cattle have a bigger target across this country.

Because of 'their' methane emissions.

Did a thread a while back on it. I can bet that both are tied to it.

Even more so the newer regulations that have been closing coal plants right, and left across this country.

And they are backing 'alternative' energy 'production' with then 'awesome' solar farms that depend on the climate to work.

Everything is related.

LOL cows reading!

From past actions of our government that isn't out of the realm of possibility.

Right, because paying was no longer an option.

Didn't he already go to court and lost?

No one ever wins when they go to court against the government.

So why waste money on a legal fund.

Just responding to the comment in that post.

Keep in mind that we are talking about the most recent court order from July 2013.

The order says nothing about paying fees.

It also refers to land area called "New Trespass Land".

They seem to be silent about what might be "Old Lands".

Those "Old Lands" might be the land that is claimed to be free of grazing fees ??

There are older cases involving all this too.

We need to find those cases and see what is in them.

And I bet those contractors that rounded up the trespassers may not have actually known exactly where they were and where the trespasser cows actually were in regards to any "New" or "Old" "Trespass Land".

Maybe this explains WHY the Feds let the cattle go without a fight ?????????

It's now possible that Bundy may have a case if the Feds took cows off land that was legally designated as "OK" in any prior decisions.

Very tricky.

I think the Feds choked and just went after any cow that looked like it was on BLM land.

There's no genuine proof at all that all of Bundy's cattle was actually on restricted land as ordered by the court order from July 2013.

from the court order July 2013...

IV. CONCLUSION

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the United States’ Motion for Summary Judgment (#18)
is GRANTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendant Cliven Bundy’s Motion to Dismiss (#28) is
DENIED as moot.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Bundy is permanently enjoined from trespassing on
the New Trespass Lands.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the United States is entitled to protect the New
Trespass Lands against this trespass, and all future trespasses by Bundy.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Bundy shall remove his livestock from the New
Trespass Lands within 45 days of the date hereof, and that the United States is entitled to
seize and remove to impound any of Bundy’s cattle that remain in trespass after 45 days of
the date hereof.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the United States is entitled to seize and remove to
impound any of Bundy’s cattle for any future trespasses, provided the United States has
provided notice to Bundy under the governing regulations of the United States Department
of the Interior.

I don't think there are "Old lands", its all the same land under new classification.

At this point...

we need to show actual legal language that proves all that.

Who established that?

The court order does not specify which lands are which.

There must be another case involved.

Any "Old" land boundaries would not need to be re-classified and/or split.

The court does not have jurisdiction to re-draw Federal land boundaries do they?

The BLM says nothing about boundary changes either that I can find.

Actually it's in the document that you posted. The "old lands" are the "Bunkerville Allotment" and the "New lands" are "public lands within the Gold Butte area"

In its complaint, the United States alleges that, not only has Bundy failed to comply with the court’s orders that he remove his cattle from the Bunkerville Allotment and pay the financial penalties, but that Bundy’s cattle have moved beyond the boundaries of the Bunkerville Allotment and are now trespassing on a broad swath of additional federal land (the “New Trespass Lands”), including public lands within the Gold Butte area that are administered by the BLM, and National Park System land within the Overton Arm and Gold Butte areas of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The United States seeks an order enjoining Bundy’s unauthorized grazing on the New Trespass Lands.

yes.

And that court order says only to remove cattle from the "New" land area.

That's the point.

The "Old" land is another case.

And again, how did the round-up people on horses know exactly where they were and where any particular cow actually was when they herded them?

Where's the enforcement for the "Old" land?

Or were they enforcing the old court order(s) at the same time now?

Again it goes back to the timing.

They weren't all that concerned about enforcing the older court orders if they used those to bring the new case later.

Very odd.

They are executing on both judgments now.

They gave him a pass on the old judgment for 15 or so years.

Correct.

And takes us back to square one.

Why did they give it a "Pass" until now ?

Because the political vestings are starting and the BLM needs to "clear" the area because of the new solar project?

It all connects to the timeline and the campaign money to Obama and Reid.

The BLM report says the cattle are a problem. They established that in the same timeframe as the most recent court case and final "order" that was magically enforced later in the timeframe of the BLM report being published publicly.

It's getting clearer now.

Let's get to the recent BLM administration and First Solar/Michael Ahearn and White House connections.

The whole thing is political 100% IMO.

Sure, but it isn't a surprise and it doesn't even seem to be a land grab, at least not a new one.

It's a default land grab because they are denying access to the land now.

Brings up another possibility.

Any sharp lawyer can beat the court orders in an appeal.

*Selective* (all-of-a-sudden) enforcement is one argument.

And as far as the 1998 orders: *Selective* abandonment of enforcement by the government.

This latest action might be past a statute of limitation of enforcement.

That's why the July 2013 order is silent on the money.

The court erred when they cited the old cases.

This is now appealable.

Bundy could get away scott free LOL

If it already belonged to the gov, then who were they grabbing it from?

I'm sure an order under new circumstances would stop that appeal.

I wonder....if this is why they went in suddenly with the over kill
operation, so they could force him to act in a way that would
backfire. If so....

I heard there was incoming LE and such, but could not find a valid
source until just this hour.

This is coming from Ben Swann, well respected here on ATS.

Sources Inside The BLM and Las Vegas Metro Say Feds Are Planning A Raid On Bundy Home

Not only is the BLM not actually backing off of Cliven Bundy, Sheriff Richard Mack of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association has revealed stunning information: on Ben Swann’s radio program, Mack said that he has received intelligence from multiple, credible sources inside the BLM and the Las Vegas Metro that there is “no question” that the federal government is planning a raid on the Bundy home and the homes of their children who live on the property.

benswann.com...

Video at the link, with Mack on the radio with Swann.

Swann had an interview scheduled with Cliven Bundy today,
now it shows cancelled.

Very Troubling!

LOL Harry Reid !!

Reid tells News4's Samantha Boatman his take on the so-called cattle battle in southern Las Vegas. "Well, it's not over.

We can't have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So it's not over," Reid said.

Double-LOL

He says this after the government selectively chose not to enforce old court orders !!!!

And then suddenly decided to use a newer court order from last year that doesn't even order any money collection !!!!

It's the cows Harry !!!

It's the cows !!!

I'm sure if Mr. Bundy and Mr. Reid could just get together they could come to an agreement. Maybe Mr. Bundy could take Harry on a ride across the disputed land. With one horse. Bundy could rope and drag Harry through every cactus patch and over every rock pile and ravine they come across until there wouldn't be enough left to make a buzzard happy.

Harry knows all about what it's like.

He was born and raised a few miles South of there.

It's the money that Harry is slobbering over.

Now he's in hot water with his cronies.
