It was found that the IRS were doing their jobs

Specifically targeting people for their political beliefs is not, nor has it ever been a function of the IRS.

Been answered, if you don't like the answer to this tragedy take it up with the militants THAT ACTUALLY KILLED OUR CITIZENS! - See more at: www.abovetopsecret.com...

Benghazi was not over a GD video, and are the people responsible for it either dead or sitting in jail ?

ARE THEY ?

"Job Creators" legally procured firearms as an anti theft deterrent for a profitable and popular import business. Are you against Job Creators now Neo? Against small business? What do you have against guns? - See more at: www.abovetopsecret.com...

What is that tripe ?

The FBI found that they did nothing wrong.

I dunno, go to Libya and find out.

What is that tripe ?

The guns were bought legally. Were they not? The purchaser had every right to buy guns, did he not? He could do with those firearms whatever he pleased, could he not? When you buy firearms in bulk, sometimes it's hard to keep track of all of them.

So, the purchaser decided to give those guns to a small business owner AKA a "Job Creator" who is in the business of importing a valuable commodity that many people in the United States seem to enjoy. The firearms simply were to protect his investment in his product.

So I ask again, what do you have against guns now? And what do you have against small business?

As in straw purchases that some people say that is illegal when the little guy does it.

But completely legal when the FEDS do it !

What part of this does someone not understand ?

Gunwalking", or "letting guns walk", was a tactic of the Arizona Field Office of the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), which ran a series of sting operations[2][3] between 2006[4] and 2011[2][5] in the Tucson and Phoenix area where the ATF "purposely allowed licensed firearms dealers to sell weapons to illegal straw buyers, hoping to track the guns to Mexican drug cartel leaders and arrest them.

en.wikipedia.org...

Another, smaller probe occurred in 2007 under the same ATF Phoenix field division. The Fidel Hernandez case began when the ATF identified Mexican suspects who bought weapons from a Phoenix gun shop over a span of several months. The probe ultimately involved over 200 guns, a dozen of which were lost in Mexico. On September 27, 2007, ATF agents saw the original suspects buying weapons at the same store and followed them toward the Mexican border. The ATF informed the Mexican government when the suspects successfully crossed the border, but Mexican law enforcement were unable to track them.[

Shortly after that 'epiphany':

Less than two weeks later, on October 6, William Newell, then ATF's Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the Phoenix field division, shut down the operation at the behest of William Hoover, ATF's assistant director for the office of field operations.[34] No charges were filed. Newell, who was Phoenix ATF SAC from June 2006 to May 2011, would later play a major role in Operation Fast and Furious.[4]

The previous program was shut down after being found to be a COMPLETE FAILURE.

Only to be restarted under the current morons in power.

On October 26, 2009, a teleconference was held at the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. to discuss U.S. strategy for combating Mexican drug cartels. Participating in the meeting were Deputy Attorney General David W. Ogden, Assistant Attorney General Lanny A. Breuer, acting ATF Director Kenneth E. Melson, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Administrator Michele Leonhart, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Robert Mueller and the top federal prosecutors in the Southwestern border states.

Some people who clearly IGNORE everything the current administration does, and his lackeys were 'completely unaware' !

The current administration, and HOLDER own FAST and Furious.

And it has exactly jack snip to do with 'shall not infringe' as someone is trying to distort the conversation with a red herring.

Eric Holder will be known no only as the first Black attorney general, but one of the most corrupted, no only he will be held accountable along with Obama for twisting the Constitutional guarantees of due process of law, but also allowing other than the Justice system to dictate how American citizens can be hold indefinitely and be killed at will by an executive decision.

What a legacy the present administration will be leaving to the next one, the president is judge, jury and executioner, thanks to Holder.

Then we hear this clowns talks about keeping Americans safe from terrorist, when they are here in our nation holding dangerous positions of power.

you mean The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) a governmental agency belonging to the United States Department of Justice. which is headed by Eric Holder. is that the one your talking about.

isn't that like asking the fox to guard the hen house. no cronyism there hunh.

maybe cronyism is the wrong word to use, maybe the words, a conflict of interest, would have been a better.

Holder is a criminal and a traitor, if the U.S. was still run by patriots this guy would have been dealt with years ago. At least he let people get a glimpse into his mafia mentality, and then like a true liberal pretended to be the victim. The guy is nothing but NWO trash.

If only he'd opened with "Divisive", the headline could have been more in-line with Holder's usual quotes:
'Eric Holder goes after Congres: 'DUUU'

We've long since moved past the point where the comedic value of having an AG who can somehow look amused, confused, intrigued, angry, and spastic all at the same time is no longer enough to counterbalance his insipid incompetence and lack of qualifications. Dude clearly needs to go.

You mean the promise of closing "Guantanamo if he wanted"? and transferring the prisoners into the US? yes one more of the so call promises, He just wanted to move Guantanamo into the US, I am sure many people are waiting on that one, specially the Federal money that will go into the state that takes the prisoners.

After all at 800,000 thousand a head adding to millions to the tax payer burden of keeping them I read that many south American countries will take them, like Columbia and Uruguay.

Most Justice Department appointees do not last long, Holder is proving to become the exception, because he has told that he have agendas to fulfill, specially racial motivated due to what he sees as inequality in the nation. Some said that even his colleagues has been asking him to step down, but since Obama won the elections for a second time, he seems to have a newfound purpose in his position of power.

"Unprecedented, Unwarranted, Ugly and Divisive..."

Are you speaking of your abect lawlesslness, Mr. Holder, as Attorney General of the United States?

You seem to think you are above an entire branch of government, the branch that is SUPPOSED to represent the people. You are Big Brother's Little Helper, and that's all you've done for 5-6 years now. Cover Obama's ass by breaking the law and being contemptible with evidence requested of you by a branch of govt that has every right to make such a request and expect it to be carried out. Never has an AG been so corrupt/political as Holder, but then, the fish rots from the head down.

Again with that job creation B.S. The buyer was allowed to go through with the purchase's with the consent of the ATF. Then they didn't follow up on where they went after being purchased. Deflect, deflect, you happen to be in politics? The only legal part of the transaction was the approval of the sales on the pretense that the ATF was going to actually do their job.

I am sorry I should have more explicit of the person I was talking about, is not Obama the one that have been asked down by his colleagues, but Eric holder, but since Obama won the second term, I guess Eric holder has found a way to keep protecting Obama while fulfilling some of his agendas within the Justice Department.

After all having so much power to play with constitutional rights and be arrogant enough to circumvent laws, can go easily on anybody's head.
