The guns were bought legally. Were they not? The purchaser had every right to buy guns, did he not? He could do with those firearms whatever he pleased, could he not? When you buy firearms in bulk, sometimes it's hard to keep track of all of them.

So, the purchaser decided to give those guns to a small business owner AKA a "Job Creator" who is in the business of importing a valuable commodity that many people in the United States seem to enjoy. The firearms simply were to protect his investment in his product.

So I ask again, what do you have against guns now? And what do you have against small business?

Eric Holder will be known no only as the first Black attorney general, but one of the most corrupted, no only he will be held accountable along with Obama for twisting the Constitutional guarantees of due process of law, but also allowing other than the Justice system to dictate how American citizens can be hold indefinitely and be killed at will by an executive decision.

What a legacy the present administration will be leaving to the next one, the president is judge, jury and executioner, thanks to Holder.

Then we hear this clowns talks about keeping Americans safe from terrorist, when they are here in our nation holding dangerous positions of power.

You mean the promise of closing "Guantanamo if he wanted"? and transferring the prisoners into the US? yes one more of the so call promises, He just wanted to move Guantanamo into the US, I am sure many people are waiting on that one, specially the Federal money that will go into the state that takes the prisoners.

After all at 800,000 thousand a head adding to millions to the tax payer burden of keeping them I read that many south American countries will take them, like Columbia and Uruguay.

Most Justice Department appointees do not last long, Holder is proving to become the exception, because he has told that he have agendas to fulfill, specially racial motivated due to what he sees as inequality in the nation. Some said that even his colleagues has been asking him to step down, but since Obama won the elections for a second time, he seems to have a newfound purpose in his position of power.

Again with that job creation B.S. The buyer was allowed to go through with the purchase's with the consent of the ATF. Then they didn't follow up on where they went after being purchased. Deflect, deflect, you happen to be in politics? The only legal part of the transaction was the approval of the sales on the pretense that the ATF was going to actually do their job.

I am sorry I should have more explicit of the person I was talking about, is not Obama the one that have been asked down by his colleagues, but Eric holder, but since Obama won the second term, I guess Eric holder has found a way to keep protecting Obama while fulfilling some of his agendas within the Justice Department.

After all having so much power to play with constitutional rights and be arrogant enough to circumvent laws, can go easily on anybody's head.
