Then Russia should have no problems returning Kaliningrad, being it was owned by Germany until the end of WWII.

Secondly re-read your history because last I checked the allies held a large chunk of Germany. Had it not been for the west you are correct, there would be no Germany, or Eastern Europe for that matter since they were occupied by Soviet Union / Russia.

civil war that only Russia can prevent?

Ukraine’s nationalist party leader calls for Right Sector’s total mobilization

“I call upon the Ukrainian security forces not only to refrain from counteracting the Right Sector, but also help [the party members] to bring legal order to the Ukrainian land,”

The point is that if Ukraine becomes a new member of EU (’the new world order’) , it won’t remain a sovereign nation for long as they has to adopt the new world order laws that EU will impose on them.

Is this a joke?

If Ukraine becomes a member of the EU they are still a sovereign nation. However, since Russia opted to invade Ukraine they are on the verge of losing their sovereignty via armed invasion. So you have an issue with countries choosing who they want to ally themselves with yet you have no issue when Russia decides to up and invade and then annex a sovereign nation?

helius
As long as Ukraine is in depth of EU economically , they pretty much have to accept everything that EU tells them to do. EU does not accept nationality and sovereign nations anymore, they want a world without borders with multiculturalism and a world council setting the rules for everything. They will soon establish a multitude of political correct monitoring organizations in Ukraine, watching every move and word that is said in the public. Thus Ukraine will rapidly become a victim of dictatorship and the people will no longer have a say in the destiny of their people and country.

You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Put down the Russian propaganda and research these topics on your own.

helius
A membership of EU (or/and Nato) will eventually mean that Ukraine have to become a multicultural piece of land like the other EU countries are. That also means that they have to accept that it is minorities from all over the world that are to be in command and decide the countries future. After a few decades, there won’t be anything left that is real Ukrainian culture and traditions anymore, as mosques and kebab , crime and conflicts and ‘no go zones’ will be the new Ukraine. If you have been to one of the EU countries lately you will get the picture. It is pretty much a continent who are committing suicide.

Again you have no idea what you are talking about. Secondly, Russia is attempting to FORCE exactly what you are accusing the EU of with regards to Ukraine.

helius
EU is pretty much as the sinking of Titanic. The musicians kept on playing music until the water reached up to their necks. Even then they were in denial.

If this were truly the case then why is Russia bitching about "NATO" expansion on its borders? Seems to me, again, you don't know what you are talking about and that you are parroting Putins BS.

helius
I am not totally embracing a strong world dominant alliance between Russia and China, but as long as Obama’s America’s and EU are determined to destroy the white people , their nations and their culture, I would welcome this strong alliance just to save what is left.

Alliance and Russia / China are not in the same vocabulary. how do we know this? Because China has never belonged to a major military alliance, and the Warsaw pact was forced on the occupied European countries by Soviet / Russian forces.

Didn't your leaders teach you anything before they dropped you off on this planet?

Ukraine crisis: Official says 'anti-terrorist operation has started'

Donetsk, Ukraine (CNN) -- Ukrainian forces launched an "anti-terrorist operation" Sunday after pro-Russian gunmen seized buildings in the eastern part of the nation, Ukraine's Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said on his Facebook account on Sunday.

Avakov posted: "Anti-terrorist operation has started in Slaviansk. It is managed by Anti-terrorist Center of the Security Service of Ukraine. All the law enforcement agencies of the country are participating. God speed! "

He added later: "Tell all civilians to leave the center of town - don't leave your apartment, or go to the window. Separatists opened fire on the special forces without negotiations."

Mounting strife

Gunmen in camouflage stormed and seized a police building in Slaviansk early Saturday, authorities said.

And in the eastern city of Kramatorsk, police and pro-Russia activists exchanged gunfire, Avakov's spokeswoman, Natalia Stativko, told CNN on Saturday.

Acting President Oleksandr Turchinov held an emergency National Defense and Security Council meeting in the capital Kiev, according to the President's press office.

Iy really does amaze me that anyone could take over a police station i guess im just thinking of the police here in the US but they have swat teams that could hold there own against most military personnel. I guess its just diffrent in Ukraine but even when i was in afghanistan the Taliban tried to attack a police station in Kabul had superior numbers we got a call for help by the time we got there the police had kicked their butt. Even though they had less people they had the advantage of home turf they kept trying to storm the building and were cut down, Its very hard to gain access to a building when people are armed. Im really confused how anyone could take over a police station without multiple casualties. Im really beginning to believe Ukrainians are part french surrender before the fight even starts. Does it strike anyone else as odd how much crap Ukrainians are willing to take from Russia??????

Why would EU want Ukraine anyway?.

That version of the speech is better in the original German form.

For those who want to continue to try and downplay Ukraine - just stop.

Ukraine is a sovereign nation with its own identity and history. Like Hitler and the Jewish people, Stalin shipped out the Tartars and moved in Russians. A contrived history of living there does not fly.

I will ask again since people seem to support Russian madness, at what point is Russian going to return German territory that Russia has occupied since the end of WWII?

As soon as every other nation gives to its real native inhabitants? Have you gotten an aneurysm, you dont seem to "think" clearly.
Just FYI, hitler has already been thrown out of the ukranian table, stop bringing him in, we know you love him, but hes not there anymore.

Their is a major difference between US police and how it is set up and how Law Enforcement in Ukraine operates.

Each US state is a separate sovereign from the federal government. While we have federal law enforcement operating inside States, we also have state / county and local police. We do not have a foreign country interfering, at least not the extent Russia is in Ukraine, in our internal process. Now if you had Canada or Mexico shipping in their citizens in an effort to undermine US security then we would have a comparison.

With that being said I don't think police departments in the US would just allow armed protestors to seize the station without some type of resistance. Again we don't know how much Russia has infiltrated their spec ops into positions inside Ukraine. I would wager Russia has Ukraine confused with the amount they have their government entities infiltrated with Russia agents.

If Russia does take the east and south, they will see exactly what Crimea got for cooperating.

empty stores, government agents seizing money from wealthy people, have Medyev make promises about pensions and increase in pay only to have Putin cancel it. The central Russian government has also canceled some train services to Crimea and has shut down Crimean airspace for commercial flights heading to foreign destinations.

What I find hilarious to be honest are the claims Russia made about Ethnic Russians being in trouble, only to see all over the TV pro Russian forces being the aggressors towards anyone who does not agree with their plans. They have had more pro Ukrainians assaulted than Pro Russians.

Russia is going to act like this until they piss of the wrong country, at which point their gonna get their pee pee smacked hard. If the Russian people don't want their country ruined, they need to get rid of Putin.

As for a Ukrainian response -
This is the beginning.

I truly think Russia believes the Ukrainian people under occupation are just going to allow it to happen without fighting back. Russia has several options - Kill those that don't want to live under Russian occupation, forcibly relocate those who don't want to live under Russian occupation, try to convert people who don't want to live under Russian occupation...

Well, you can see where this is going...

It failed when Hitler tried it... It failed when Stalin tried it...

To be honest the only leader of Russia that was worth anything was Gorbacghev. Apparently Putin thinks the Russian people are retards and that he must be their savior.

The cold war is over, as is the days of the Soviet Union.

Putin is out of time, and out of touch on reality.

You have a problem when I suggest the very action Putin takes... Ironic and yet a strangely hilarious response by you.

Yusomad
Just FYI, hitler has already been thrown out of the ukranian table, stop bringing him in, we know you love him, but hes not there anymore.

I have lots more of Hitler analogies to compare to Russia, Putin and their unthinking minions. What is sad is your, and well a lot of other people told what to think, is how Putin and Russia are repeating history. They are using the same tactics as the Nazis, the same argument as the Nazis, Russia will use her people just as the Nazis used the German people. In the end, when Russia stands in ruins, it will be the Russian people who are left to figure things out because their government will have abandoned them.

Yusomad
Another hitler analogy? You really are running out of steam, go talk to your handlers...

Not even close... If you understood history I would not need to give you a lesson in how Putin is repeating it. By the way, the Nazis lost the war. That should be something to consider before you support Putin's actions without thought of consequences.

Being you have offered nothing to refute the points, you go back to the age old game of attack the poster - Typical yet not surprising.. Just like Russia and Putin trying to emulate Nazi Germany.

No, Putin has only ruined plans of those warmongers and baffons from White House.
Putin is the best thing that happened to Russia for a long time.

There are the things a lot of you do not understand or do not want to see.
Listen to this lady, starts at 1.25

www.youtube.com...

I know that many Ukrainians agree with her, at the end we have millions of Ukrainians working in Russia and many waiting for papers to join. Without Russia Ukrainian economy would ceased to exist. Russia is the one who invested a lot of money in Ukrainian economy not US not EU. Unfortunately, all Ukrainian governments to this day and I mean all were nothing more than corrupted bunch of losers. No wonder economy is in such a bad shape. People are fed up with it.
And along that, nazi thugs came in power. Violently. They took a chance and turned peoples protests into bloodshed and disaster.
I am so glad to see people waking up and looking towards east where the real friends, brothers are.
