Somebody left him arms and ammunition on a previously planned route, thats why he never ran out. Since then he's gone from safe house to safe house, maybe changing clothes. Thats why the never have him.

If he was a serious jihadi, by now, he'd have gone out like his brother.

But this guy needs to keep himself alive for something.

Yeah, that has been my though all along: if your cops are starting to look like that....that means that your goverment has some serious issues with their population and probably the other way around as well...

It is not supposed to be like that in a healthy society.

I'm with you...this is a situation where this is needed.

You know that if they weren't doing this and a bomb went off at a store or a hostage was taken and killed...the same people who are mad that the police are out in such force, would be mad because they would claim the police didn't do their job.
