War in the Heavens

In this post I am explain my belief on the war in the heavens going on in the second heaven (Space), This war is being fought by Michael and his angels against Satan and his fallen angels as mentioned in Revelations. Many people think that Satan is in hell(spiritual prison for angels) right now but Revelations tells us otherwise, it tells us that Satan will be allowed to test man one last time and he will fall to earth and release the fallen angels from the book of Enoch and the Destroyer (Abaddon/Apollyon) who is locked in a spiritual prison in the abyss.

Meteors or asteroids are often thought of as these things that are falling from the sky in revelations but in reality they are angels falling to earth. Satan loses the battle and is cast down to do one last test for mankind before the great judgement, losing his heavenly realm in the second heaven and is forced down to the world for the great deception.

Rev 12: 7-9
7And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceives the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

The heavens will open up to these beings that have fallen and they will be seen with eye’s of this plain, they will say it’s because we’ve come from the realm of the fifth and it’s because of this your earth shakes. The sun will be darkened by the volcanoes that will erupt and we will begin to see these beings coming down in these ships because the earth is experiencing birthing pains as she will give birth to her new body.

Rev 6:12-17
12 I watched while he ripped off the sixth seal: a bone-jarring earthquake, sun turned black as ink, moon all bloody, 13 stars falling out of the sky like figs shaken from a tree in a high wind, 14 sky snapped shut like a book, islands and mountains sliding this way and that. 15 And then pandemonium, everyone and his dog running for cover - kings, princes, generals, rich and strong, along with every commoner, slave or free. They hid in mountain caves and rocky dens, 16 calling out to mountains and rocks, "Refuge! Hide us from the One Seated on the Throne and the wrath of the Lamb! 17 The great Day of their wrath has come - who can stand it?"

Satan will unlock the spiritual prison and release the Destroyer who will decimate the land and will be so horrible that people will die of fright at the sight of these beings twisted by the sin of betrayal. The nations will fall and these beings of old will come back and beings that ruled alongside the Egyptians, the Gods of Greece and the mythical beasts will also be visible with our eyes.

This is your ascension they will say and those that have been spared are forced to face these terrible beings and will voluntarily leave with them and will be killed or thrown into space. The earth will be broken and the spirit in men will be weak and the faith full will be walking with heads cut off because no one will listen.

Rev 9:1-10
1 Then the fifth angel blew his trumpet, and I saw a star that had fallen from heaven onto the earth, and the angel was given the key to the shaft leading down to the Abyss. 2 When he unlocked the shaft of the Abyss, smoke rose out of the Abyss like the smoke from a huge furnace so that the sun and the sky were darkened by the smoke from the Abyss, 3 and out of the smoke dropped locusts onto the earth: they were given the powers that scorpions have on the earth: 4 they were forbidden to harm any fields or crops or trees and told to attack only those people who were without God's seal on their foreheads. 5 They were not to kill them, but to give them anguish for five months, and the anguish was to be the anguish of a scorpion's sting. 6 When this happens, people will long for death and not find it anywhere; they will want to die and death will evade them. 7 These locusts looked like horses armoured for battle; they had what looked like gold crowns on their heads, and their faces looked human, 8 and their hair was like women's hair, and teeth like lion's teeth. 9 They had body-armour like iron breastplates, and the noise of their wings sounded like the racket of chariots with many horses charging. 10 Their tails were like scorpions' tails, with stings, and with their tails they were able to torture people for five months. People like to think that this verse is dealing with machines of war we have today but these fallen beings have been twisted by sin and have had no tempter and that is why they can’t be redeemed. They are dark and deformed and some are not imprisoned because some are allowed to walk among us and some can be viewed as shadow people and these fallen can shape shift. Some like to pretend to be someone who has passed away like a loved one and most will whisper and call out to you, all of this will be visible and the beings that played a ghost in a haunting will be brought to light.

Luke 21:26-36
26 Men's hearts will fail them for fear and for looking upon those things which are coming on the earth; for the powers of heaven shall be shaken

Man has been conditioned with television and books; he has had dominion over this earth and has used media to blind you and devices to slave you. Many have said that the bible was only written to enslave those with fear and keep us from knowledge, but it was religion that did this and the fallen humans who have been promised by the sons of disobedience. Enslaving us throughout humanity with governments and war.

Who is the Destroyer?

REVELATION 9:11 They have as king over them, the angel of the Abyss; his name in Hebrew is Abaddon, and in the Greek he has the name Apollyon. (NASU)

The beast of the sea who rose up among the people and deceived the people with a false knowledge of the earth and scattered the truth among the religions. The ruler of the fallen angels from the book of Enoch and is the beast with seven heads and the five that once had the power but lost it are.

(1) EGYPT
(2) ASSYRIA
(3) BABYLON
(4) MEDO-PERSIA
(5) GREECE

The sixth about to fall Rome and one will that rise for a short time (7) New World Order

The one world religion and the universal consciousness with God and will deceive the many but will only last for awhile. Rome is still in power and in hiding in the Vatican and is still vocal but has wandered from their faith and has fallen to apostasy and necromancy. This is the stage humanity is on and it’s in plain sight and the fallen played the part throughout humanity and deceived the people and will still, because they will refuse to believe or have gained so much knowledge that it blinds them with pride.

Rev 13:1
13 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

Civilizations have come and gone and all have been destroyed because of the things we let them teach us, perverting the knowledge past down by God. They came as Gods in the past and now they have heard our cries for help from beings from space and they have listened and now come as an alien and with them Satan and he will come as the messiah and many will be swept up in his words and his beauty.

I bet you can't wait for it eh?
Revelations is doom porn for the fool, any Religion that has an end of times message is lying, the only way the world will fall your way is If Christians bring it about on purpose.
There is no Devil, he is the bogey man made up by people who wish control.

If you fight for the good of humanity than your fruit has spoken and I will not stop you because you are of good, revelations is a preparation guide for coming times we are in and not meant to scare and it's religion who abused this and twisted the meaning. people are slaved from governments and people are slaves by the belief material things make one alive and bring you happiness.

God cannot be confined in religion because he is all things, religion is tool that divides and conquers and is used by the governments to control but that's only one device among many.

Cheers at last a Christian that practises what he preaches, sorry to be a bit of a asshat but I just see all these end of days predictions as an excuse to let it happen.
I believe in God but I hate Religion, personally I think we can not begin to understand God and anyone who says "Iam the word of God" is just using it for personal gain and control of others and It always has been.

I was sorry to see this thread go to name calling and wholesale rejection of Revelations. Might I ask a question on a different line?

Do you see this as a second battle, or a continuation of the first? I tend to go with the idea that Satan and his demons lost the first battle and were kicked out of Heaven. That makes sense to me because I have trouble accepting that God and Sin can abide in the same place, except perhaps for judgment.

I would have thought that we would have to be further along in Revelations to have a battle in Heaven, but I'm not sure, of course, and would be happy to be corrected. It's not a Salvation question after all.

I don't think you are understanding Rev. 6:12-17 if that is your commentary on those verses.
It's describing the judgment as seen by the culture of the day but putting a Christian twist to it by throwing into it the "lamb" symbolism.

I don't think Revelation is meant to be a timeline with events happening in the order that they are found in the book.
The writer is laying out some fundamental principles that according to him makes a reversal of fortunes of the apparent 'haves' and the 'have nots'.
People who suffer today for upholding a standard of religious purity will in the 'next world' be rewarded, while the others will be punished.
The 'dragon' represents the destructive force of the universe which will be stopped from its work by a heroic god like person, and it could be another symbolic representation of all those good and pure people who are living in opposition to the lifestyles that cause destruction to the person and to society, and ultimately corrupts the heavens like what we see as stars.

Apollyon is the one with the key to the gates of hell. You don't give a prisoner the key, the guard has it. Apollyon/Apollo was considered the god that could not lie. Doesn't sound like a devil to me. I think people may be interpreting things wrong. Read it with an open mind, you may be calling one of gods angels bad when he isn't. The demons he releases go after the bad people, not the ones with the sign of god on their forehead, they can't even kill a plant. Looks like everything is under the control of the man upstairs to me. If you are still a sinner than I suppose you should fear Apollo/Apollyon.

We are living in the time of Satan's rule, we just don't realize it.

Thanks, I'm grateful for the new approach. (New to me, anyway.) The only thing I'm unsure about is the "heroic god like person." A human? An Angel? A Symbol? I'm unsure because of ignorance, I appreciate the spur to further research.

Apollyon was also the name of the Roman legion that took Jerusalem, which led to the destruction of the temple in 70 AD.
So there is something else maybe to think about.

It's actually quite old but ignored by the major proponents of the current pop-culture version of apocalypse.
You can find some good analysis in the book,
Creation and Chaos in the Primeval Era and the Eschaton: Religio-Historical Study of Genesis 1 and Revelation 12 , by Hermann Gunkel. Originally published in German in 1895. Only recently translated into English and republished to be made available to a large number of Revelation scholars like myself.

So it is a big fat book centered on exactly the bit that is the topic of this thread and should be studied by anyone wanting credibility in an academic sort of way when discussing this chapter of Revelation.

To answer the question, it was a very well known myth current at that time, used to illustrate a concept of this way of looking at history in the making according to John.
My personal interpretation of Revelation is that it is focused from beginning to end on one thing, which is the overcomer, in the individual and in the corporate sense.

There are three heavens, the first heaven is the sky and it where the birds and the wind reside and the second heaven is space and the third is where God resides and where Satan was banned from and it where the throne room of God is. This battle is taking place in the second heaven and is going on as we speak.

It is describing the end of earths cycle and How god will make everything new but for this to happen, the evil must be cleansed and the earth made new, we have raped our mother of her beauty and wealth for a material world. This material we live in cant be supported because it takes to much and the earth can't support it, these fallen angels exist and it's not a symbol or any other thing.
