I am hopeful, most days, and hope has kept me going through some very dark nights of the soul and loss. I strive to be forgiving, mostly because I have learned that to not forgive just hurts me the most and keeps me from becoming my true Self. And, also, because I think there's nothing really to forgive in the end. I also am working in this life on not judging myself and others. Judging is labeling, is ego playing god, divides us.

Galadriel was strong, fierce in some ways, steadfast, mysterious, of the wood and the night. The knowing that she had, the seeing of potential things to pass, yet believing that Light can bring hope in dark places. That's what I want to be, not just sometimes, but all the time. Am working toward that.

Yeah, I guess our avatars are an extension of how we think of ourselves. Or maybe more accurate, how we would like to think of ourselves.

Maybe we are all crazy? But these things have a deep psychological resonance or we would not search them on the googlebot till we find JUST the right one?
