The Road And The Realistic Post- Apocalyptic Future

Many cultures have taught that the way a person becomes a werewolf/vampire/witch is to either commit incest or else engage in cannibalism.

The western equivalent is probably the act of "selling one's soul to the devil." With it, one ceases to be an ordinary human, and loses all social connections, but one gains incredible power. And at least potentially, immortality.

Just a bump and to think about it again.

With the newest onslaught of shows dealing with an apocalyptic future,what are you thoughts on it.

I will be one of the cannibals.

Starving to death is not an option.

If that makes me inhumane then so be it.

I don't think I could do that,but I haven't been put into that situation yet.

Meat is meat.

I probably would try to keep it from my children until they got a little older.

But then again they should know how to survive in case something happened to me. I would not like my kids to be like the one in the movie. Knowledge is power and it would take a lot of power to survive.
