If they use that kill switch then thats when the people should fight back. Maybe thats what Anon wants. Maybe they want the government to shut down the internet so that people will start to stand up against the government. Just a thought.

Great thought and I agree 100% with this statement. I do not oppose or support Anon in what they do but maybe Armour is right. Anon could be doing this to "awaken" the population and show everyone that the time is right for revolution. All it will take is one little flip of the switch and "BOOM" if the internet did get shut down people would seriously notice and follow in footsteps of Egypt.

Actually I don't want that. Me personally I wouldn't want that. Id prefer a peaceful protest and unfortunately those types of protest have a weak successful rate. Im not poking at anything, im simply stating my opinion on the recent news. Do I like the corrupt government that we probably have, no, but I am in no position to stand against them when im just one person, but when a group gets together then that's another story. I do hope when can clear house and get rid of the dirty dishes I only hope it doesn't have to be forcefully.

No big whoop. My accounts are now blocked and when I was in, I never discussed anything that would breach OPSEC.

If they hacked AKO, NKO or DKO, chances are is they were just as frrustrated as the users are.

Like...Who the hell designed these sites and why do they still have a job!?

Honey Pot. That was my thirst thought. It's a great way to see who downloads and attempts to access the files that were "stolen." It'd be a pretty smooth move by that security company that they claim they hacked.

I don't think Anon wants violence.

They want peaceful way to end the corruption.

Your afraid that NOW the government will be "cracking down" on the Internet... Thats been happening since your first AOL "you got mail" moment... Stop being afraid.

Between January 3 and April 12, 2003, 36 million people across the globe took part in almost 3,000 protests against the Iraq war

I never heard of that, not denying its validity but I don't recall that. Also im sure the same amount marched in Egypt. Sitting back and thinking nothing will happen will probably ring true eventually. Too many people are attached to the internet now a days. Can you imagine the countless WOW players who will no longer be able to play. Thats assuming they cancel all gaming due to group gatherings for possible discussion of "terrorist attacks"

That is a lot of people. the US has 300million citizens. 36mill accross the globe is a tiny amount to what could have happened. If it had been 100million? 200?

Never can tell i suppose. The government lies to its people, the government is supposed to work, FOR the people.

Anon wants to break the illusion that most people have. That "everything is ok" and "the government will take care of us". Will they? probably not. But it will happen, more and more people are going to join the Anon movement, i dont know any figures. But i hear what, upwards to 30k people have joined it now? something like that, not sure.

It would be nice to get some info on some of the conspiracy theories though, proof of aliens? proof of nibiru? do share if you come accross it Anon.

You are never going to get that many people to march on a point of principle only. It would have to affect them directly to stir people.

The majority of people in the world are too busy working to service their accumulated life debts to think about politics or principle.

How can this be a bad thing? If this marks the beginning, I can't wait to see what marks the end. Aggression is the only means to and end here. TPTB have pushed the collective into a corner and now the people are pushing back. Is it a miniscule retaliation? Yes, but if it raises eyebrows it fulfills the goal. Attention to injustice. Attention to action. Attention to the marginalized and downtrodden.

Also, how could the leak possibly jeopardize our troops? Keeping our sons and daughters overseas under the guise of nationalism is far more endangering IMO.

Who cares if the information leaked provides the location of our military. If their location isn't the US then I don't care if they get attacked. They are over there murdering and bombing innocents and you are concerned that they might get attacked back? God forbid somebody challenge their aggressive takeover!

Agreed. Doing something is better than doing nothing. Whatever comes of this, it will be for the betterment of the collective. There are revolutions and protests starting everywhere, because people are waking up. The more that wake up, the more will realize they're getting played.

You know what happened in canada recently? Canada post went on strike. You know what the government did? Came in, pretty much said 'You're coming back to work for LESS pay than before, and you're going to like it"

Thats not right, I want to fight that. Harper? take a look at sh!tharperdid.ca (remove the ! and place appropriate letter) and see how blind canadians are too..

How about everyone stop whinging about the Internet Kill Switch.

Look what happened in Egypt. They shutdown the Internet. The people revolted.

We need the same. Let them kill the internet.

One guess as to what happens when it does, and if nothing happens. Then the citizens truly are completely under their control.

THAT'S not the problem. There was a friendly debate regarding whether it was a good idea for Anonymous to go after Monsonto because they're the evil "empire" type.. (Darth Vadar theme "Dah Dah Tadum da Tadum)
www.abovetopsecret.com...

Some people were for the attacks, some were against.

I guess they're allowed to target whomever they please. But, your guilty by association if you support THIS attack, but not THAT attack. Different groups will do as they please. The entire group will all be found guilty as one unit. You won't be able to segregate groups by cause. You already claim your Anonymous.

It's not about a kill switch,it's about being traced to a group that has illegally been caught entering private space on someones server, and whether or not that's a crime.

THAT law will be activated and enforced.

Anonymous may or may not be responsible for exellerating that law and it being enforced, but they're sure not helping the situation. Military security emails? It's NOT the content ..but the thought that counts.

Kill switch? Probably Not..

Picketing on the street leading in the Bohemian Club with picket signs to protest Bohemian Corporate members as Anonymous sign wavers?
www.infowars.com...

As nobel a gesture as that is,you won't be Anonymous anymore. Every car within 10 miles of that protest will be traced and filed.
Make sure your tags are good, and you have no outstanding warrents.

Please report back to us..

Thanks.

Anonymous are doing something which will affect the military in a very personal way. It's about time that the establishment that regards itself so highly is affected by the people. They neither listen to the people nor regard our strongly held beliefs as important. I want our soldiers home, I would demand that our governments quit starting wars we do not believe in. If Gov do not listen to the people they serve (lol) they ought to be ousted.
I love the potential.

I am ready for the revolution. I hate the life I am forced to live, our children deserve better.

I will not stand by and see my children sold into this system of slavery. If not now then when?

What do we need to happen first?

Are we all talk and no action because that has gotten us nowhere these past ten years.

Action should be soon, decisive and effective.
