Was HAARP used to get us out of a depression ????

Before you call me a nut
and bring in the straight jacket
let me explain my rationale.

Most of us who believe HAARP is a weapon
think it is being used as such maybe for
nefarious purposes.

So my question would be:
What if TPTB were using HAARP
to benefit the American Economy ???

Sounds far fetched right ???

Well let's take a look see

Since 2007-08 the economy has been
winding down. Money and jobs are scarce.
People are NOT spending money !!!
And they are not BORROWING money !!!
2010 was the worst year ever for retailers
like Wally World. If people have a lil bit
of money, they horde it and only spend it on
essentials.

The housing market and construction businesses
have plummeted due to no spending.

So how do TPTB MAKE you spend your money
AND create jobs AND spur international trade
ALL at the same time???

Natural disasters !!!!

Recently, over 300 people died due to massive
storms from the midwest all the way to the
Atlantic Ocean. But look what has happened
due to the storms ????

Houses have to be rebuilt (construction increases,
people go back to work).
International Trade rises due to raw materials
purchased.
Food and water supplies increase putting farmers
back to work.

Was HAARP used to get us out of a depression ????

Was American lives sacrificed so that the country
could be brought back into productivity???

Hardly worth the lives of so many in my opinion.
Nothing is worth the cost of human life.

But is that the choice TPTB made without
our knowledge or consent??
Was this the purpose of the storms ???

Will this be the purpose of the floods along
the Mississippi ???

and one last note:
Could it also have been that the banks holding
all those foreclosed homes without buyers
could now write them all off and collect
insurance if destroyed in a natural disaster???

All of this whether morally right or wrong
does indeed keep the wheels greased
on the American way of life and it's economy.

I usually dont click on the skunkworks topics, but I saw your name BDS, and I figured I'd give it a read.

Now what I have to say about this is, if harp can create rain and storms and natural disasters etc, why are we having a record breaking drought in TX, the likes of which could be a horrible economic year for agriculture. The flip side of the coin, the storms along the Mississippi have flooded so much rich agricultural land that this year could be horrific on American farms. Not sure why they would do that to build our economy, especially considering agriculture is the backbone of any strong economic power.

Very interesting. That actually sounds quite plausible. We all know that TPTB do not care about common people. So why wouldn't they sacrifice lives to benefit their interests. I hope one day we will know all the answers that have been kept hidden from us peasants. S & F for you.

well the farm land flooded near the Mississippi
is only miniscule compared to the farmland
in the rest of the country.
And eventually when the water recedes it will go back
to being farm land again. It is only temporarily
out of service.

Maybe they will use HAARP to send positive low frequency waves everywhere in the world?!

you're right. TPTB don't care for the commoner
but they do care about their wallets. Those
same commoners feed those profits to TPTB
so they need us to spend and use money
and borrow money to make their profits.
So the storms actually benefits them
more than us.

You know, I've always kind have looked the other way when it comes to the HAARP topic. This thread has made me want to research this. I would like to know who pushes the buttons and pulls the levers at a HAARP facility. Is it a high ranking general? A CEO of a company? A really rich guy?

Well if it is truly a global economy, it is a ripple effect worldwide. So eventually, ALL economies will have to
pay the piper more or less ...at some point.

As far as target shooting with High Frequency Resonance, there have been some Bulls Eyes.
The downside is, that in every single operation there has been unforeseen consequences that end up costing
a Hell of a Lot More. So at this point it is understood that you cannot "alter" an enemy without altering yourself.

There are other ways, but until such is revealed to you,

well, this was touched on briefly when
international trade and foreclosure insurance
was mentioned. These would ripple
worldwide depending on stockholders
of the banks holding the foreclosure notes.

Instead of a bank holding onto an asset they cannot
move in the market OR make a profit on it,
they wipe it out in a disaster and collect the
insurance on it.

Basically insurance fraud.

I beleive comparing the motivations for "use" in various cases is a perfectly reasonable matter to discuss under the topic heading.

Because HAARP doesn't modify weather or cause earthquakes.

Its really not as crazy as you think Boon. Think about war...it has the same effect you just described as HAARP having, but during war millions die, not hundred or thousands.

well whether or not HAARP can be used for
weather modification is still up for debate.

My thread was based on the assumption that it
could be. This is why I chose skunk works for
this thread instead of chemtrails.

And I meant no disrespect earlier. I was just
mainly trying to focus on the effects of the recent
storms in the US.

Yes, you are absolutely right. BAE SYSTEMS was a contractor who built the thing. I'm looking at the BAE website right now. Looks like a war machine menu.

Same reasoning behind war... so this idea is nothing new... just expanded.
