Im aware of Vallee and his theory on UFOs. Which is precisely why I posted this thread in the UFOs Forum and not any other. Its the idea that there is an interdimensional race of beings who sometimes appear as ETs, sometimes as dwarves and a few other things. They like to wear many different faces. I think there might be a possibility that Vallee is correct.

hmm its a nice read but dwarf miners building in Earth's Lithosphere is not something I would go for..

There's so much to this world that the people who post things such as "are you kidding", "this isn't real", etc., haven't a clue about.

Those type people have become too domesticated. Kind of like if you take a house dog into the woods, they miss all types of things, while a wolf or fox doesn't let much pass it.

There are subterranian people and even aquatic people.

Everything we have been taught is a lie. The greatest tool of this lie is the phrase, "where's the evidence". Our science is what keeps us ignorant to the universe. It's the reason scientists are some of the most ignorant people you will encounter. In their world, if they can't duplicate it in a lab, then it isn't real. Their arrogance is akin to Satan not believing in God because the things God could do didn't have in scientific backing.

I would think it was becoming more apparent to people that we live in a sort of bubble prison. A place that isn't a full dimension. A place where we have no power...only science. When the rest of existance has access to much higher spirituality and power.

Entities can pop in our bubble and out again, this appears magical to us, probably how to a fish a hand suddenly appearing beneath the water film is magical.

I may of missed it so sorry if that is the case but im surprised no one has posted anything about the Elementals. I don't have the time to post in detail but this may be an interesting topic for people to look into which relates to the OP.

You did not post any "evidence" though, mostly mythological accounts of creatures, Japanese mythology goes into great detail regarding Dragons but we all know these are just tall tales and they did not actually exist.

A few skeletons from small humanoids is not really enough to start a thread, we have many accounts of these tribes having lived in isolated communities around the globe, of which all have died out.

The "dark elves" and dwarfs come from Prose Edda, of which much is made up from stories and mythological accounts, 99% of the material in this is fictional and not based on any evidence whatsoever.

I boast this to your "gods" and dwarves and magical fairy, this thread has become about mythology not logical assumptions (our ancestors were short, and the old legends were about short people)

i feel there is room for such creatures to exist maybe not magical powers or fantastic metal works . but defently some sort of primitive humanoid that maybe went to deep down some cave and started to evolve who knows!

The "little people" subject is something I would've scoffed at until a first-hand story was related to me. One of my best friends posted a long thread on ATS about it a couple years ago. He wanted to see if anyone else had experiences that were even remotely similar.

A mutual friend of ours named Jim had the 'encounter'. He's a big outdoorsman, an avid hunter and fisherman. He's not the least bit interested in the 'strange' or the paranormal. He told us he saw a little man who looked 'cartoonish' in an area called the Loess Hills in southern Nebraska, USA. He explained that he apparently caught this little man off guard as the little guy was performing some task. (He appeared to be waving his hand over some plants)

I've known people who tell stories of hauntings and UFO encounters, and I take them with a grain, but this story was relayed by someone who simply would not lie, and doesn't want attention. He only drinks occasionally and does not use drugs. He said he bought some whiskey after his encounter, because he was so freaked out! He waited almost 15 years to tell us about it, because he was sure we would think he was crazy.

His experience has led me to believe that these little people live out in heavily wooded areas. I certainly don't doubt the idea that they may live underground. I also believe they avoid humans like the plague.

I have hiked the area where this happened, and I can best describe it as an extremely eerie place. I've hiked in the mountains, deserts and oceansides. I've been to several known sacred 'power' spots. Although I'm fairly cynical, I will say that some of these spots were awe-inspiring. But I have never, ever felt a power or a vibe like I have in that one spot of woods in the Loess Hills, and it's not simply because of the story my friend told us. I hiked there at sunrise recently, and as you enter the area, there is a feeling that you are being watched by some incredible power that can crush you at any second. It's so strong, it's literally tangible. The air almost crackles with it. It's freaky. I tried to brush it off and gather my wits, as it were. My friend said the same thing. He described it as entering another dimension. You will feel compelled to stop walking and just stand still for a moment, as if you're being forced to proceed slowly and cautiously.

My uncle and I work with the Kogui Indians from the Sierra Nevadas de Santa Marta, Colombia (en.wikipedia.org...). One of the things they talk about is that there is a race of dwarf beings that live inside the mountains and come out once in a while.. they have some kind of civilization going on.

Edit: I also had an encounter when I was about 7, where I saw a dwarf looking small being hopping around my parents bedroom for like a minute-two.. It went around the front of bed to the right of the bed and just stood there staring at me. Struck me as having a very playful, jovial, but just ever so slightly sinister demeanor.

I don't know if this information helps any but I am a member of a naive american tribe that resides in northern Wisconsin and when I lived up there I heard about a local legend about 'little people' who live underground there. I even met several members of the tribe that claimed that they had been help by the 'little people' when they had been injured or lost in the woods. These people really did believe in these 'little people' no matter what other members of the tribe said.

Well, lets look at this as an evolutionary process. Survival of the fittest, so to speak. Let’s assume that at some point early in human or even pre-human history (in this case, pre homo-erectus) a group humanoids was forced to branch off because their smaller size made the group, as a whole, more vulnerable to attacks, or less efficient hunters. As a survival technique they banded together, moved to underground shelters and cave, adopted new forms of camouflage to hide from predators and possible even infiltrate and steal from the tribes of regular sized people. They could have even stolen children as easy prey, bringing them back to their subterranean villages to feast upon as cannibalism was quite common then. It’s very easy to imagine this new race forming it’s own magical religion and mythology which portrays “normal people” as demons or evil (just as we have done to them).

As a subterranean race, it’s possible that their diet was much higher in minerals and proteins that promoted greater brain development while their living conditions compacted their bodies. Long term exposure to these minerals and metals (as most are believed to be miners) means a tolerance to a higher content in the body. As most metals tarnish, it’s expected that their skin would possible have a greenish tone to it. As a creature who sometimes dwells in and around woods and forests, having green skin would better hide you from predators (normal people). As a “prey” they could have adapted a natural camouflage as most animals do. Also, with a higher content of minerals and metals in the body, particularly gold, it’s possible that the bodies natural electromagnetic fields would be enhanced, especially in larger groups. This could have given the illusion of “magical powers” to a normal person.

It also must be assumed that they have created or found some source of natural light with in their caves and dwellings since there seems to be no mention of them being blind or albino as most underground creatures are. Perhaps they have learned to harness the powers of magma and geothermal vents. This coupled with the abundance of natural spring water could easily make life sustainable in such conditions. Or perhaps their constant search for gold holds some relevance. It’s a substance that holds so much power, more than I think we know. It’s all just speculation, but still really fun to think about. I have two seperate story's that might in fact be realated.

This is the first story and it gives me chills remebering it.
When I was 15 (1980) a freind who's Father was a prestigous psychiatrist who was also a psychology professor @ university of michigan in ann arbor at the time. My friend and his father lived in a very large 4 story stone home in Holly, Mi that literally looked like a castle. It was a large house and they dwelled in the first two floors and used the third story as storage and what not and the fourth was basically a attic. Anyway me and my friend was exploring the attic. We came across A box of videotapes. I never seen videotapes before but have heard of them. These where really large tapes much bigger that Beta or VHS in the coming years to the general public.
I asked my friend what they was and he said they are video tapes. I remember asking him how you play them?
He said my dad has a player in his den. We decided to take the box of tapes to the den and see whats on them, LOL I was thinking we found his fathers porn stash.What we found was interveiws of psychotic people mostly and started fast forwarding through the tapes to see if any of em would do something outrageous. Then there was this scene of a girl around 10-11 in what appeared to be a padded room and she was wearing only a hospital gown and diapers. We thought ok what is this? cause when we where fast forwarding it we noticed the camera was zooming in on her legs and arms at times. We rewinded the seen and then watched it in real time with sound.

What we witnessed was true horror. As the camera zoomed onto her forearm's and her legs scratches and bite marks would appear out of nowhere and she was definately bleeding from the wounds all while screaming "Please get them off me" over and over franticly. In the next scene the girl is at a desk in a dress and hat describing what she saw attacking her. I remember her saying that they was small men one was chubby blue and hairy and had long teeth and the other was white short and had claws instead of fingernails.


Now that I am much older I wonder what happened to my friend and who exacly was was his father? I also wonder why I never saw this tape floating around on the net.

My second story happened a couple years later(1982) in Millington, MI

I was in my room in the basment sitting on the floor in front of my stereo listening to music late at night on my headphones. Then the sliding door that led into my bathroom and then onto the rec area slid open, I thought it was my dad going to tell me to go to bed but there was no one there. I thought it was odd and as i went to shut the door this tiny little black man maybe 12" tall wearing what looked to be a leather cloths and holding a spear. In every word he looked like a tiny savage. And he was mad ass hell and yelling at me in this tiny voice in some odd tounge that was barely audble. Scared the hell out of me as I backed he ran away I remember hearing the pitter patter of his tiny feet across the tile of the bathroom floor as he ran around a corner never to be seen or heard from again. As I calmed down and got up some courage to investigate I turned on all the light in the whole finished basment and looked behing stuff weilding a basball bat. I never found any holes or evidence on how he must have got into the basement?

Now I know these might sound unbelievable but to me these are true story's and I was not drunk or on drugs. I was 15 and 17 years old. I am now 46 and telling these story's the first time to the public.
