Click on the YouTube icon, then enter, then in the next popup paste what's beyond "v=" in the address. In this case "2qVURqPOd1w".

Both your posted videos have sound for me. Right on this page, not opening it in YouTube.
Perhaps check your sound settings? Is YT muted maybe?
