Plus the videos show a large amount of debris falls outside the 208x208 footprint.

Can you show any pictures of the debris pile where the camera is clearly at street level?

Light weight concrete would.
They used LW concrete to cut down on the weight of the slabs.
A common filler is Perlite.
Yes it does weaken the weight bearing strength but we are talking carpet/tile and foot traffic.

Now if you add some basic math the debris pile shouldn't be very high at all.
The floor slabs were 4 inches thick.
The support trusses are akin to the roof trusses you see at Walmart stores.
Assume the following:
Only half of the concrete pulverizes.
Office furnishings and steel trusses fills the void.
110 stories times 4 inches equals 33 feet.
One story for an office building is 12 feet.
Even if none of the debris fell outside the footprint that would leave a pile 2.75 stories high.
