What makes you so certain you are correct?
It seems that the excepted idea in the world is that "love" is at the core of all religions, if so, then what is love? Is it an emotion? Is it something you feel (like an emotion)? Is it something you do for someone?
Tell me, what you think it is, I already know what it is.
If we find out what love is then we can see how individual beliefs measure up to it.

There is a similar thread about Muslims going around. It got me curious. There is plenty of ire against the Christians around here too. Plus, it seems like with muslims it is either hate or not hate but with 'christians' it can be so fun. Hypocrisy, ignorance, and blind devotion to ideas stomped dead can really entertain me.
So, I was reading the one about Muslims and it genuinely got me curious. How would the two premises stack up side by side. So here.
Before anyone calls me a troll for it. I will not respond to anyone not looking to me directly for a response. If the thread withers and dies. It will have good company with my other threads.
Like I said, I was just curious how the two threads might compare after a few pages.

I don't hate Christians, I just like discussing why their belief system is faulty.
Plus they just make it so darn easy .

after thought,
think of how boring this forum would be with out Christians on the planet,
I don't agree... I think we'd be better off without them...as well as without all the other groups listed.... Better to be board then to make excuses for their intolerance of those of us who fall under the "other" category.

Look I'm not going to get into a long painful story here but as I said I don't hate Christians even though it was a Christians who murdered my oldest son... I could tell you about how that man, a devout Christian yelled racial slurs against Native Americans while quoting bible verse... as my 15 YO lay at his feet suffering from a shotgun blast to his chest... I could tell you my sons only crime was in visiting a park and thought he could play with the white kids, Christians white kids
Lets just say for every good deed they perform they do out of guilt for all the blood on their hands... as to you last part anyone who comes to me and says there hungry I feed...
