Canadian MP Libby Davies reads 9/11 petition in Parliament

www.truthalliance.net

New Democratic Party Deputy House Leader Libby Davies delivers a Parliamentary Petition signed by over 500 Canadians demanding a new 9/11 investigation, in Canada's House of Commons during Routine Proceedings at 1:10 pm on June 10, 2008.

IN PARLIAMENT ASSEMBLED

We, the undersigned citizens of Canada draw the attention of the House to the following:

THAT, scientific and eyewitness evidence shows that the 9/11 Commission Report is a fraudulent document and that those behind the report are consciously or unconsciously guilty of covering up what happened on 9/11/2001. This evidence overwhelmingly supports the conclusion that World Trade Center Towers 1, 2 and 7 were brought down by demolition explosives and that the official theory of the towers collapsing from the airplanes and the ensuing fires is irrefutably false.

We further believe that elements within the US government were complicit in the murder of thousands of people on 9/11/2001. This event brought Canada into the so-called "War on Terror," it changed our domestic and foreign policies for the worse, and it will continue to have negative consequences for us all if we refuse to look at the facts.

THEREFORE, your petitioners call upon Parliament to:

(1) Immediately launch its own investigation into the events of 9/11/2001 on behalf of the 24 Canadian citizens murdered in New York City.

(2) Act lawfully on the findings of its own investigation by helping to pursue the guilty parties in the international courts.

it doesnt matter if it was the bush admin or not the point is what makes canada think we are gonna let them come in and do their own investigation. im sure more than one part of the investigation is still national security. i doubt seriously we will let any other country dabble in our affairs cause some lady i never heard of read a paper to canada's government.

edit to add: if you wish to further debate this with me please u2u me as i will no longer post on this thread.

Say what? It doesn't matter if it was the Bush administration or not? Hey, who cares if the neocons off a few thousand people in a false flag terrorist attack just to start endless wars that have cost TRILLIONS of dollars and have killed 5,000 US troops and more than a MILLION civilians. Other than that, no big deal...

Well, here's just a couple of reasons, which coincidentally also apply to the US:

"This event brought Canada into the so-called "War on Terror," it changed our domestic and foreign policies for the worse, and it will continue to have negative consequences for us all if we refuse to look at the facts.

As an American, I find your comments about Canadians highly offensive. You say you are tired of this useless babble, but not everyone finds it useless. Please, don't post if you're only going to insult people. If you have something to add to the conversation then I personally would actually love to hear it. I actually very much enjoy having discussions with both sides of the 9-11 debate, and find that the more we debate the issue, the more we learn from each other.

The 35 articles of impeachment of G.B. received almost zero coverage from the MSM.

The fact that the Italian PM considers that 911 was an inside job got almost zero coverage from the MSM.

And the fact that the New Democrat party in Canada is questioning the goverment will also recieve the same treatment. Zero Coverage.

That is why ATS is around so this kind of stuff can get some traction....and just maybe somebody in the MSM may pick it up.

MSNBC...Mr. Morning Joe....called for all "truthers' to be jailed....called them something akin to being an idiot?

THE MSM will not bite the hand that feeds them and the people of the United States are not the feeders of the MSM.....the Global Corporate world pays the MSM and the bidding of the Global Corporate world is what the MSM does.

When looking to the news consider it as Andrew Jackson viewed the banking industry back in the early days of THE REPUBLIC. He called them a Den of Vipers whom he would rout.

Here is the quote:

"You are a den of vipers. I intend to rout you out and by the Eternal God I will rout you out. If the people only understood the rank injustice of our money and banking system, there would be a revolution before morning." --Andrew Jackson, 1828 (to a group of investment bankers trying to persuade him to renew their charter)

Here is morning Joe's quote from MSNBC:

Morning Joe wants 911 Truthers Tased & Sent To Secret Camps
[/quotetechnorati.com...

So why would they report on Canada's New Democratic party when they do not report on the proceedings in the US Senate and US Congress?

The NDP will literally say ANYTHING to get just one more vote. It's impossible to respect them because they will whore themselves out to any group if they think it will get one more person to vote for them. Marc Emery pothead advocates, bank fee opponents, and now 9-11 conspiracy theorists? There is no depth too low, no cause too fringe for the NDP LOL.

The only things they're against seem to be acting responsibly and thinking clearly, so I'm not surprised by this at all.

Dale, it's people like you that slow them down.

If they have nothing to hide, they will do another investigation. If they have something to hide, they were involved.

It has come to that logic now.

Funny, the Greatest Canadian, as far as I have read, turned out to be Tommy Douglas. Founder of the NDP, (CCF)! Why? Huh, he founded the Canadian form of medicare. (Shock) Here is the some of the list. Top 10

Tommy Douglas (centre left), #1
Terry Fox, #2
Sir Fredrick Banting, #4
Dr. David Suzuki, #5On October 17, the top 10 were revealed in alphabetical order, and on November 29 the top 10 were announced in order of votes (with the pictures below following the same pattern):

Tommy Douglas (father of Canadian Medicare, Premier of Saskatchewan)
Terry Fox (athlete, activist, humanitarian)
Pierre Trudeau (Prime Minister)
Sir Frederick Banting (medical scientist, co-discoverer of insulin)
David Suzuki (geneticist, environmentalist, broadcaster, activist)
Lester Bowles Pearson (Prime Minister, former United Nations General Assembly President, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate)
Don Cherry (hockey coach, commentator)
Sir John A. Macdonald (First "

Trudea was number three. Also started CCF, educated by extreme socialists, founded the Charter of Rights and Freedoms..

He was on a few lists in the USA as a person who may be considered fringe. ie. Richard Nixon, Mr. Hoover

The guy that seems to be kissing the butt of George Bush, Mr. Harper, is up to his neck in scandels that would bring treason charges in the USA!

People say this all the time, but how, exactly, is PM Harper a Bush lackey? What exactly has he done to further the interests of the US at the expense of Canadians? PM Harper is obviously a Conservative and a conservative, but even though Bush is a Republican he is NO conservative.

Just consider the source! Libby doesn't even have enough support to get more than 500 Canadians to sign her petition. That from a population of over 32 million.

All I have left to say is HAAAAAAA! What an ingnoramous!

This is a great post and just adds to the ever growing number of people around the world who know the official story is a complete fabrication!!

I think some of you who have posted on this thread so far have failed to realize that people like DaleGribble will NEVER be able to grasp the simple concept that our gov't was complicit in the "attacks" and commits terror attrocities around the world and has been for years, as well as other super-powers of the past!!

I have met others like Gribble who just can't and won't believe it because it's too much for them to handle and come up with every excuse to make dissenting voices look bad, especially when it comes to "sensitive" subjects like this one. ATS is full of people like this, people with very closed minds that can't think outside of the box!! But in the case of 9/11, it's not hard to realize that it was a complete hoax. Personnally, I believe what John Lear talks about in regards to what happened that day since he is one of the most experienced pilots around, if not the most, and can give credible arguements as to what happened given his flight experience and piloting skills and knowledge. He talks at length about how there were no planes used that day. Watch his latest interview on ProjectCamelot and other videos posted on YouTube about this. You will see that it is the real truth, one that is being kept out of the "official" truth movement.

Ok...first kuddo's to the NDP party. Sort of another David and Goliath thing.

Here are some Haper examples.www.globalresearch.ca...

Is the Annexation of Canada Part of Bush's Military Agenda?

What do close advisors to Stephen Harper and George W. Bush have in common? They reflect the disturbing teachings of Leo Strauss, the German-Jewish émigré who spawned the neoconservative movement.

What I would like to see is if they are serious about it, and the Candian people are for it, and the Government will support this, then if they decide to block the investigation, then the Canadian government closes the border. Simple as that. I am sure we can find quite a few other countries that would be more than willing to take our oil and lumber and grain, and give us a fair price for it. We are just a bunch of hockey hosers until we stop giving the sweet deals you so enjoy.

Will this go anywhere, I doubt it, but I would like to see something happen.

Well, I for one, am very happy this was read in the House of Commons. I would have signed it a hundred times if I knew it was in the works.
Anything to raise awareness about the cover-ups and disinfo regarding 911 gets a star and flag from me.

Thanks OP for the post.I tend to agree with the Canadian member's comment regarding the NDP,but at least it was read for people to see and hear.
If this provokes some folks to dig in to 9/11,then it's worth it.
If I'm not mistaken, a petition must carry at least 500 signatures to be read in the House.

what in Gods great name thinks they will let some hockey hosers come in here proding around trying to uncover this "secret".

As a Canadian,I take offense to your "hoser" comment.

It seems okay for the U.S. to bust in on any country it wants to,but when the tide turns we hear "hoser" tripe.

What your lame president has done affects Canada as well and I'm looking forward to the day he is no longer in power.I'd be much happier if he got trampled by horses though.
