I am certain that this photo is legitimate because I too have been abducted and these are indeed the creatures who are doing this.
Again, unless you personally took the photo during your abduction, I don't see how it's possible for you to say that it's legitimate. So it looks like the kind of alien you claim to have seen. Fine. But can you say for certain that this specific photo is legitimate? Do you personally know this critter by name? Can you show us his I.D.?
My heart tells me this one is real. My heart could be lying to me, but I dont think so!
I'm looking forward to what this generation of posters have to say about this one.

I wish I could tell you that this is the proof that we've all been
waiting for. The truth is, I honestly don't know any more than what
I've been told. The story from Robert Dean is how it was explained to
me and it appears to be either an authentic photo, or a fake that
matches descriptions from first hand eye witness accounts.
I'm sorry I can't be of more help.
Best,
James

The neck is too thin! by this logic no human should be able to stand on one leg.... look at how thin our ankles are.
How could that tiny ankle support a fully grown man?
Maybe the gravity is lower where he is standing... yeah right

Also, here is a scan of the image that is slightly cleaner and higher resolution than what some of you have seen:

Do you think human mechanics belong to other appendages out there, I don't think so.
Another layer results a new state of being.
To gauge our cousins out there with mankinds existance is a futile one.
We have different labels which enable or able another world to open up.
Who says I need your amount of oxygen to breath when I know I exist without time.
Time bends around me.
