I think the first picture is chopped, it looks like Thor from Stargate SG1.

But as for the theory, I wouldn't be surprised if he was in contact with extraterrestrials.

If Hitler was in contact with ET's he wouldn't have ended with a .32 ACP bullet in his head, in some cold underground bunker, ready to be grilled by his own followes, before the Soviets got to his corpse.

I think it's just a story, one of the wild theories. Nothing more.
As for the Stargate alien..yeah, you're right. Boy that Thor character sure does seek attention!
