Is the subject of 911 suitable for a conspiracy site. Is it lessened by inclusion with all manner of other real conspiracies which, while interesting, do not have the potential to cause future world conflict, as 911 does.

Is it's inclusion in this way cheapening the subject, and the deaths of those who died just six years ago.

not sure where you are going with this. Mostly because your statements seem like question, but have no question marks. If these questions are rhetoric, then why the post?

The people who believe in the 9/11 conspiracy feel quite strongly that it belongs on ATS.... it is a popular conspiracy on a conspiracy website.

I don't see how talking about it is insulting, cheapening, or devaluing the lives of victims, firefighters, or anyone else involved at the scene. It is only about the "inside job" factor.

You can't dismiss a conspiracy and disallow it just because it may bring up painful memories for some. A lot more people have died in Iraq than on 9/11, but we don't stop talking about how the war had bad/misrepresented/nonexistant intel.

9/11 conspiracy theorists are just as enraged and saddened that Sept. 11th happened as those who believe the official story...

I wish more people could understand this.
