I was just wondering if there are any advertisement banners/images available to use, in order to put on another site and link to ATS. I bet a lot of people would do it, and it would increase traffic.

Just an animated GIF about ATS that hyperlinks to the site, that kind of thing.

Are any available, and if so, where?

If not, let's have a competition to see who can design the best banner and then people could use it! Sounds like a good idea to me.

I was wondering if the site even ALLOWS doing stuff like this, since they seem to be pretty strict about name usage. Even though I don't see why they'd be against it... it'd get more people to the site who may be interested but have just never heard of it.

I believe there is an existing thread somewhere with the Board Business forum that holds a number of member-made ATS banners, but I could be wrong about this.

I am not aware of any staff-made banners since we changed our logo with the implementation of ATS 4.0, but will look into it.

We are more than happy for people to link to ATS from their webpages and websites. In fact, we actively encourage it as it helps to increase our audience and hopefully bring in more great contributors to the discussion forums.

Thanks Simon. I will go do some searches to see if I can find the member-made banners. I think I recall a contest for making a banner on the front page, now that I think about it. I suppose that would work just as well.

Thanks for the clarification =).

Here is our LinkExchange banner we use:

If anyone wishes to use this simply "Right-Click" and save, then use appropriately.

This is really odd, because I can't see the link, either. My computer is not working very well right now and I'm working with some MS technicians to straighten things out, but as far as I know, this is the only image problem I have. The other problem has to do with MS updates.

I hit quote and got the url and pasted it to the address bar and all I get is a blank page. Oh well. I was just curious. I link to ATS from MySpace, but I don't need an image to do so.
