Epshteyn was interviewed by the DOJ for two days and he was involved at the meeting at the Wilhelm. I won't be surprised if he's one of them.

Just based on what we know about to co-conspirators, Meadows seems to be conspicuously absent.

I started to go through the indictment, it is pretty easy to match what people said to the information. I am sure we will know soon enough.

I do have to wonder if they intentionally aimed to have the indictment be 45 pages.

Throwing everything and the kitchen sink at the guy as a distraction.

Dont seem to realize the more they continue the histrionics the better his polling numbers seem.

Indeed. In fact, a judge ruled 2 days ago that even the U.S. President is FREE TO SPEAK, just like everyone else.

A Pennsylvania state judge ruled Monday that a county election worker cannot sue former President Donald Trump for statements he made while in office questioning the integrity of the 2020 election.

James Savage, a voting machine supervisor in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, outside of Philadelphia, filed two lawsuits against Trump arguing statements Trump made via Twitter in November 2020 regarding the election’s integrity defamed him and subjected him to “hatred” and death threats, resulting in him experiencing two heart attacks.

BREAKING: Activist DC District Judge Tanya Chutkan Refuses to Step Down from Trump Case in Washington DC

This was not unexpected. For Chutkan to recuse herself she would have to admit “bias.”

Judge Chutkan denies she carries bias, ergo she refuses to recuse herself from the Trump prosecution.

????????????
Who would be jealous of a soft porn actress who's on the point of divorcing her fat indicted idiot of a husband? Seriously, she's effectively separated from him, doesn't appear in public with him and from all accounts is banging one of her bodyguards.

Funny you should bring up Melania. She just renegotiated her pre-nup because of all of Trump's legal troubles.

That's what, the third time that she's sent the lawyers in to renegotiate it? When was the last time that they even appeared in public together?
No, she's going to get the best possible deal for Barron whilst there's still money to be set aside for him.

Most importantly, Jack Smith is scaling back his investigation of President Trump inciting a Jan 6, 2021 "Insurrection", or whatever the kooks have labeled the protest.

"Special Counsel Jack Smith's decision to withdraw a subpoena directed at Save America PAC (Political Action Committee) has raised questions amid the ongoing investigation into efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election."

The MAL documents case has all the flash and intrigue of Tom Clancy book. So, understandably, the media has been focused on it.

At the same time however, Jack Smith has quietly been putting together a case focused on the events surrounding J6.

I'm kind of surprised there isn't a thread dedicated to this investigation, but I feel like the events of the past week, and the fact that an indictment will probably be coming down in the next month, warrant a thread.

So major points over the past week:

1.) Rudy had a proffer session with the DOJ. Essentially he thought he was going to jail, so he offered the DOJ evidence against bigger fish in exchange for a lighter sentence.

2.) Boris Epshteyn spent two days with the DOJ. Epshteyn is essentially Trump's consigliere. He had already recused himself from the case because he knew he was a target. So spending two days being interviewed by prosecutors is fairly significant.

3.) The special counsel's team had a meeting with Brad Raffensperger, the Georgia Secretary of State that Trump had a "perfect phone call" with. So clearly Smith is looking into the fake elector angle.

4.) The media revealed that the special counsel was prepped to indict a number of Trump's lawyers. Which could explain the behavior of Rudy & Epshteyn.

5.) And that brings us to yesterday's news. Apparently the call to Raffensperger wasn't unique. Trump also called Arizona governor Doug Ducey and asked him to "find" enough votes to give Trump the victory in the state.

There's a lot more to this case that I'm sure will touch on in the coming days and weeks. But for now, I present to you Trump's terrible, horrible, no good, very bad week in regards to this case.

And to be honest, that's not even all of it. There were a lot more people that have flipped. Rudy and Epshteyn just happen to be the most notable.

For the soon to be empaneled GOP-led Jan 6th committee to investigate...

As the Democrat-led January 6th committee wrapped up its investigation in 2022, the Chairman, Rep. Bennie Thompson, told reporters there was insufficient evidence against former President Trump, to warrant him being referred to the DOJ for criminal investigation. (Capitol Police and main FBI investigators came to this same conclusion.)

HOWEVER, Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger went ballistic 2 hours after his statement, telling reporters that Chairman Thompson didn't know what he was talking about.

Soon afterwards, Donald J. Trump was referred to the DOJ, Biden-Garland assigned Prosecutor Jack Smith, and former President Trump was indicted/arrested!

J6 Election case trial against Donald Trump has been put on ice.

There was nothing there to indict him on anyway. It would just expose how Joe Biden is an illegitimate president.

They are waiting on the appeal currently. Why wouldn't she set other trials during the time frame originally set? You think she can't add it back on the docket and move something once the opinion is released?
