Comer Forces the FBI to Cooperate and Allow All Oversight Committee Members to Review Biden Bribery Record
Committee removes scheduled contempt of Congress markup
WASHINGTON—House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) issued the following statement after the FBI caved under the threat of holding Director Christopher Wray in contempt of Congress and will now allow all members of the committee to review the record and receive a briefing.
Additionally, the FBI is making two additional documents referenced in the FD-1023 available for Chairman Comer and Ranking Member Raskin to review.
The Full Committee business meeting to vote on holding Director Wray in contempt of Congress is now removed from Thursday’s schedule.
“After weeks of refusing to even admit the FD-1023 record exists, the FBI has caved and is now allowing all members of the Oversight and Accountability Committee to review this unclassified record that memorializes a confidential human source’s conversations with a foreign national who claimed to have bribed then-Vice President Joe Biden.
Americans have lost trust in the FBI’s ability to enforce the law impartially and demand answers, transparency, and accountability. Allowing all Oversight Committee members to review this record is an important step toward conducting oversight of the FBI and holding it accountable to the American people.
“Let’s be clear: the allegations contained within this record are not closed as the White House and Democrats would have the American people believe.
Former Attorney General Barr confirmed this information was sent to the U.S. Attorney in Delaware for further investigation and the FBI has confirmed it is being used in an ongoing investigation. We also know the confidential human source who provided this information is highly credible and trusted, has worked with the FBI for over a decade, and has been paid six figures.
“The allegations contained within this record track closely with the Oversight Committee’s investigation of the Biden family’s influence peddling schemes. The Oversight Committee will continue to follow the facts and ensure accountability for the American people.”

As Vice President, which one of his constitutional powers do you suppose he was being bribed for, his tie breaking vote in the Senate or...his tie breaking vote in the senate?
No , for Hs TOP SECRET Clearance and Access to the Obama Administrations Policies on Foreign Relations . I am Sure Communist China was his Best Customer .

A GOP lawmaker on the House Oversight and Accountability Committee who reviewed the subpoenaed FBI document that alleges President Joe Biden was involved in a criminal bribery scheme said the allegations in the document are "worse than has been reported so far."
Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., told Fox News Digital after her review of the FD-1023 document, which the FBI on Thursday allowed the full committee to review, that there is "damning evidence the sitting president of the United States sold out his country in an ongoing bribery scheme."
"The American people and media deserve to see the evidence. We should follow the facts," she said.

Barr is walking a tightrope. He's trying to protect his mentors (Bush / Cheney family), his old-school pals, SCOTUS Justice John Roberts, Mitch McConnell, and a few more.
But at the same time, he put Firing Squads and Gas Chambers back into existence as legal ways to terminate traitors. (Presumably bunches of Democrats)

He is simply covering his own ass.
He knew this ALL ALONG, now just today when the fbi had to deliver the evidence he speaks.
It’s damning for the Biden administration, the doj, and the fbi.
