If it's financial it'll probably be designed to hurt Russia (and perhaps China indirectly).

Listening to the new Chancellor's Autumn budget.... I think it will be us who get hurt.

Imho just about everything dodgy being unrolled is directly or indirectly designed to put bundles of cash into the offshore accounts of the power brokers and their political stooges.

No doubt todays uk budget is the same (though they didn't call it a budget to avoid the process of scrutiny applied to Budgets - this received no scrutiny, no explanations of how it's accounted for)

I find it of high dodginess that at the same time as removing the high tax band for elite earners over £150k as well as scrapping the ban on bankers bonuses, the Tories are (again) stopping Stamp Duty; the tax paid in house sales by the buyer. Being a % of the house price, Stamp Duty hits big ticket buyers - the rich - far harder than the average buyer.

Not difficult to see how this is a favour to the rich - including the bankers - to build their portfolios.

More American family income destruction/depletion is coming.

Biden and his Dem Congress have now wiped out all economic gains made under President Donald Trump. Average American family is $7,200 poorer.

Congrats Democrat voters. You did this to all of us!

C’mon, let a girl in on the secret! What is it?

Hyperinflation.

Globalist (career politicians on both "sides") are destroying the American Economy.
It is Part of the "Build Back Better"/"You will own nothing and be happy"/Circular Economy Plan.

This is not a conspiracy.
This is fact.

I have been following Gregory Mannarino for a few years and if he puts out a dire warning then most of the time he has read it right. He follows the debt market for indications. All the false crashes he has literally said they will just pump it up again. So buy at the bottom and wait. But this time he isn't
so confident.

Interesting video!

Not knowing anything about this guy and little about the intricacies of the financial markets it’s difficult to see past the hyperbole to how much credence to really give his doom prediction.

The driving force of this total collapse of society, according to Greg is tptb’s desire to eliminate the middle class via mass global sell off.

Firstly, what exactly is being sold off? Shares, bonds, assets, or all of the above?

Secondly, who is going to be buying up…well, everything by the sounds of it - buying everything?

Lastly, destroying the middle class (which he states as the goal) isn’t a recipe for taking to the streets (which he also predicts). The middle class are the pampered squishy centre of society’s jam doughnut. They’re not the fighting kind! Or are they!

These aren’t snarky questions trying to prove Greg wrong. They’re honest gaps in my understanding of the situation he describes.

One of the replies on YouTube says they saw a large military rail transport pass through their town in middle America towards California; first time in decades they’d ever seen such a thing and other onlookers were taking photos. In truth that could be anything, but taking the time to add that reply and looking at the numerous replies, none that I could see disagreeing with him, does show how seriously people take his videos.

I gotta say, though that he jumped he shark when he said that this extreme global depression will be worse than nuclear war.

I sort of think the real information is worth more than gold. If that is a fact. Then the real stuff and or its implications will be available to very few individuals. So you have to sort it out yourself or pick who you think might be on the ball reading the clouds as they come rolling in. Personally, I have a few favs. and average them out. Human history tells us it has been a bit of a roller coaster between good times and bad.
The last seventy years have been a dream run for the average guy, just like the weather it is bound to change. So thinking along the lines that there is no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothes. At least we have all got a chance to dress according to the times. It's a shame that over half the population seems to have no fashion sense.

What a great line - love that! And a wise philosophy.

But even if the bare wardrobe of the average joe means there’s nought they can really do with the knowledge of a coming storm, already indebted to the hilt with little in liquid assets, that knowledge in itself is better than nothing and you can never tell how useful it might be til the storm hits. And if it doesn’t hit, then maybe that better equips you to judge the next doomer you come across.

Think that’s my metaphor quota for the whole weekend rinsed in one post, darn it

What does he mean people on the streets. Looters or who? If a person can’t pay rent or mortgage because the banks are shut down, it means the lenders are shut down too. Meaning they can’t kick you out for non payment if they cannot accept payment because the very bank they loaned from is shut down right?

And if the banks are closed, what is your employer going to do, give you IOUs for a paycheck? This is a bit extreme, I hope he is wrong like most doom and gloomers are.

What wonderful times we live in. We can watch Armageddon and the apocalypse on youtube, comment on the events on facebook and twitter and best of all make it a political event on ATS.
