I'm not okay for my tax dollars supporting the exposure of school children, in and at school, during school hours, being 'taught' by those being paid to teach academics such as math, language, science etc. There's no gray area here.

In the instance of Bugs Bunny, he dressed up and seduced his adversaries as a means of subterfuge, which I believe is particularly nefarious.

I can see this being the case in a lot of situations involving youth in the education system. Many parents are embarrassed to talk about sex with their children, and so there is a vacuum for authoritative indoctrination.

I agree, they have rights.

So sad that the liberals/progressives/Democrats, these days think the rest of us don't. Especially parents.

In California, in a power point presentation for teacher training - they said that parents have to earn the right (through open adoration of correct liberal ideology) to know what their children are doing. So it is being codified that parents don't have rights in California at least.

Straight women don't have rights either. Straight women are being punished for complaining about a "woman with a penis" displaying a penis and testicles in restrooms and locker rooms. Not taking into account that 20% of all women have been brutally attacked by a penis.

Straight women in prison are punished for objecting to a "woman with a penis" who is a convicted rapist being locked in a cell with them. Not taking into account at 80% of straight women in prison have been brutally attacked by a penis. The reasoning is that "women with a penis" are likely to be attacked by a penis in a men's prison, so their rights now legally supersede the rights of straight women. Stripping straight women of their rights.

I agree they have rights but I do not agree that their rights supersede the rights of others as Democrats, the alt-left, the radical left, liberals and progressives insist they do and attempt to codify into law.

It is like CRT which advocates for removal of rights for privileged white people (ie discrimination of white people) in favor of people of color. People of color have rights, I agree.

I don't get why liberals/progressives/Democrats think it is necessary to strip people of the very same rights they say are due to others.

Here I was expecting the guy to have some talent and really sing, but we just got to see a teacher play dress up and lip-sync. All for the hopes it will inspire the 1.9% while the 98.1% go like WTF, and serves no purpose except reinforce that their teachers are nutjobs. Theater like this does nothing for kids that age it's either forgotten or ridiculed, you know what they are trying to avoid.

ETA that performance was more sad than sexy. Still absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. I wouldn't imagine doing anything remotely like that for my fully grown students, let alone kids my daughter's age.

I can't believe people argue on behalf of crap like this in a public school.

Of course such a depraved performance for kids -- even high school kids -- is reprehensible and quite disturbing. But I'm impressed that it was called out for what it is:

Specifically, it's called "autogynephilia," and is a sexual fetish in which men are sexually aroused by being seen as a "woman." And by demanding that everyone pretends that he is a woman and sees him as a woman and treats him as a woman, we are all being forced to role play in his sexual fetish.

I'm dreading the day we hear that "sex education" includes sissy porn and hypno porn, which literally depicts men being submissive, humiliated and "feminized" in sexual and sexually abusive ways. It's absolutely vile. And it's become quite a problem for many males of all ages, but especially the younger generations.

Well as it was in the evening hence "Fine Arts Night" and noted in the Twitter comments provided in the link, no child was forced to be there and usually those events are attended by the parents, so they could leave with the children if they were offended.

Personally I would rather my child see a song by a drag queen than be dragged to this event during a school day and forced to hold up signs in which you clearly see one boy is confused by the whole thing. It's doubtful they are learning the history, science and personal rights behind it all.
