Also, wait until you are fired, don't quit a job voluntarily. This way you can collect unemployment.

This probably isn't true.

In most areas of the United States, if you are fired for breaking a company policy, you are not eligible for unemployment benefits and payments. Link

It will be argued that when you made the choice to not get vaccinated, you made the choice to separate.

Trust that their lawyers are all over this.

This could be the straw that breaks the camel’s back.

Who is going to bend over and just take this?

This should be the signal that the true Oath Keepers move to arrest the whole lot of them and sort them out with their day before the new Judges we will have to install to replace the corrupt gatekeepers protecting the Cabal and their minions.

I can still drive a "Deuce and a half" if needed.

Many employers are making provisions for those who are medically exempt to work from home all or part of the time.

Hope this is true in your case. Did they say?

Some are denying religious exemptions (United Airlines, I believe is one example).

How long before state Attorney Generals gather together and sue the hell out of the Biden administration...again! This is going to drag on forever without the ability to enforce it. Ultimately, the Supreme Court will have to shoot it down like everything else this overreaching administration tries to pull.

Corporations that were considering moving to Mexico or some other country, may as well start that process right now.

Man, it was plastered all over the walls, don't feel bad because people shoved their heads in the sand willingly. Evidently being an ostrich is something to aspire to. Til it bites you in the glutes and forces you to take a good look around.

It's still true. A policy has to be a real company policy that was agreed to before accepting employment by the employee.

Otherwise they can fire you and just make up something and tell L&I you broke company policy and try and deny you unemployment.

But there are also right to work states that can fire for any reason, or no reason at all. But you will still be fully eligible for unemployment.

They can't use a "he/she broke our policies so deny unemployment benefits" excuse.

Wonder how this is going to effect union workers. I am a union worker and my union has a 5 year contract with employer. Contract isn’t up for negotiations for 2 more years. If they wanna pay for my COVID test weekly no problem but I’m not getting jabbed for anyone.

that poor empty shell. he hasn't the ability to even know where he is, let alone what he's saying. His handlers really need to get some basic science education. Going through life stupid is one thing, but going through a presidential cabinet as an idiot has ramifications. Perhaps it's time to 25th the whole bunch of them. We can't just do it to Joe, he's not really in charge. So it's best to get the whole cabinet. They seem to fit the bill for retarded and unable to function in a normal society.

Remove the lot.

President Joe Biden will instruct all employers with more than 100 workers to force their staff to get vaccinated or submit to weekly Covid-19 tests, the Associated Press reported. Companies refusing will face stiff fines.

The White House cannot normally compel private companies to force drugs or testing on their employees, but the Biden administration’s order will be given through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which will issue a rule
www.rt.com...

Well, here we go. It begins. Biden is mandating that all employers with more than 100 employees require those employees to get vaccinated or get a weekly test.
If you say you've been vaccinated, are employers legally able to verify? What counts as a weekly test?

What doesn't make sense with this?
For me, it is the fact that businesses with less than 100 employees are not exempt from OSHA regulations.
So OSHA is going to selectively put a mandate on a business that has 101 employees, but not on a business that has 100?
Could this mean layoffs for some employees of businesses that have slightly over 100 employees, just to avoid the mandate?

Toooootally had the same thought. I'm sure that many companies that have slightly over 100 persons on pay-roll will slim down to meet the requirement without the added hassle. Don't worry about it though, this number will soon be 75, then 50, then 25, then 4.3.2.1....

The I.R.S..., which is a rogue bureaucratic "government" inside a Government, (much like all the "alphabet agencies"). IRS says, that a business/company with 1,500 employees is "a small business".... Work around, let's have an "emergency" and get it down to 100.
Let's do some "O.S.H.A." stuff! "Because we care".

American people/citizens, need to understand that the "Federal Government" was not established to protect you! There is no "legal obligation" or "legal precedent" for them to do so. Never has been. You can only sue "agencies" or "businesses". The "government" is niether. But they have "agencies". Think about it/that.
The only obligation "by law" that the federal government has? Is to "protect" your freedom/law. Nothing else! Regardless of what the "majority" says or thinks. We're a Republic, not a Democracy. The "majority" has very little say.
Hitler, loved "Democracy".

The same government that has no problem taking 50% of your blood and sweat? Or your home or property? ...Wants to destroy your "right to choose", ....for "your safety". Because "they care" about you?

Biden's "reasons" for this? Has nothing to do with "Covid" or "your health". It is about incremental power, authority and establishing "legal precedent".
If Biden can get away with this?...Even you "Libs" will be wondering what happened to, "my right to choose" to not be herded like cattle.
It's like, history repeats itself or something....

Libs, democrats and commies seem to want and need "leaders". "Real" men and women (AMERICANS) seem to want, somebody to just make sure the U.S A. Happens. A vast "majority" of us, (you could say it's "democratic")...can "lead" ourselves.

Heck! "The Revolutionary War", was fought by a "minority". But they won!... I'll stick with that "legal precedent".
