So, your manager walks up and says you have to get vaccinated.

yea, so what is he gonna do?
A. he isn't going to kill you
B. he isn't gonna beat you
C. And most of you who resist this moronic mandate aren't. you aren't morons.
D.and if you aren't morons, you are likely one of the productive workers.
He is not going to fire you.
E. and there is a labor shortage. and you are trained. so, you have a good deal of value to any employer even if you aren't a top performer.
He is not going to fire you either.

And BTW, your manager has a job and it isn't babysitting Joe Biden's mandates.

Just say no . . . thank you

and if they do fire you, it is likely as good excuse as any to the next employer
and finding a new job is almost guaranteed to result in a pay raise because of inflation and no workers.

As stated when all this began, the vaccine mandates would be the first serious step in that direction. However, the real marker is when there are restrictions placed on the items and products that we need to build a new, modern infrastructure that isnt beholden to all of the people and organizations with authoritarian motives.

All of this stuff can still easily be bought on places like amazon and ebay, and be at your door in days. Ideally, this would have involved years of building new types of houses from the ground up.. but people didnt listen, so here we are.

Once we see restrictions placed on items like 3d printers, CNC machines, aquaponics equipment, and solar/wind/etc. equipment thatll be a real sign of trouble.

Of course, if people actually.. like.. get on that.. (*wink* *wink* *nudge* *nudge*) we can all essentially just shrug our shoulders at impotent "mandates" and gibbering oligarchs. We could have been in that exact position right here and now, but maybe people will start listening finally

As I remember it, only states have the authority to issue any kind of action regarding a "pandemic" or the treating of some rampant disease. Not the federal government.

Obviously being illegitimate to begin with, this lawless administration doesn't answer to any laws.

I think it would depend on what company name is on his/her paycheck. I have a friend that works in a small shop that is part of a semi large corp. Back when it first hit, I think you would get 80 hours paid time off for covid unless your company had 500 or more employees. Although his shop had about 30, the name on the paycheck had over the 500. So...

He threatens to take people's jobs. Why didn't he threaten those on welfare?
