USA truckers to do a protest like Australian truckers on the 31st

I doubt this will be as effective or as wide spread as the Australian protest but still it would appear others are not happy with the lockdowns and mandatory vaccine orders. If this goes down for more than a few days I hope everyone stateside has stocked up on toilet paper....

A trucker-founded anti-vaccine mandate protest is seemingly in the works for the end of this month according to several trucker social media groups.

If carried out, the demonstration will be an alliance between healthcare workers, truckers, military members, and other citizens across the country, and will protest the requirement of the COVID-19 vaccine for employment, travel, and more. The demonstrators, seemingly headed by Tik Tok trucker @thedisrespectedtrucker3, will gather at various locations across the country August 31st – the same day that the Australian trucker protest against COVID lockdown and restrictions is being held.

I'll keep my fingers crossed something positive will come of it. But I highly doubt anything will really happen or how many in the US will participate.
I sadly think that we have already gone off the cliff so to speak. We just have not realized we are in a free fall yet.

I'm not sure why you're angry at me for that. I did t post em.
That being said. I didnt take the vax, because the goverment and just about everyone else keeps pushing me to. I dint give in to peer pressure, and learned my lesson, I say No to drugs.(aside from caffeine and nicotine). I am one of those that think nothing should really be forced on anyone, for any reason. Call me crazy. But hopefully the change something and stop all this craziness. But I think someone cut the brakes awhile ago.

I hope they're immensely successful in this endeavor. Something needs to be done to stop all this crap! I'll be on the road tomorrow, August 31st, and will be looking out for them. Maybe even take some pictures to post to help further their cause. We gotta all hang together or we'll surely hang separately.

If Enough of these US Truckers are willing to take a Hit Finacially to Show their Disdain for the Direction the Biden Administration and the Outright Socialists and Communists are Steering Our Beloved America in , then I say God Bless Them ! Most of the threads seem to actually be in support of these things. Personally, I don't see any problem with using them (under medical supervision) but find evidence of efficacy lacking.

Hopefully it won’t shut down aid and much needed supplies to the areas effected heavily by the hurricane. If it did then I would consider that selfish and in humane regardless on how I feel about the vaccine.

It's a shame, too, because there are a lot of interesting points for discussion.

Would Amazon drivers participate? FedEx? UPS? US Postal service?

Is it a coincidence that I've noticed some delivery problems lately? Some of my suppliers don't have the stock in inventory. At the end of July, I had to tell one of my regular customers that I couldn't get the material for their orders until September. Last I checked with my supplier, it's still out of stock.

Two weeks ago, FedEx delivered my order to the wrong address. For the record, FedEx customer service is totally useless, even if you can understand them. English is definitely not their first language. I didn't get my material until my neighbor returned from vacation and brought it to me.

I don't know if this is related or not. I had to take a trip down to NC this weekend. I passed by the Rooms To Go distribution center on Friday afternoon. You can look up pictures of it on line. It looks like they have about 70 bays facing I95. Every one had a truck parked at it. When I came back on Sunday afternoon, every bay was empty. That just seemed kind of odd to me, but maybe it's normal.
