Something something...freedom of movement...something something constitution

(1) Everyone lawfully within the territory of a State shall, within that territory, have the right to liberty of movement and freedom to choose his residence. (2) Everyone shall be free to leave any country, including his own. ... (4) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of the right to enter his own country.

So yes...a restriction.

I have not been deprived of my right to interstate (or intercounty) travel. Nor has anyone else.

There are thousands of tourists coming to Hawaii every day, as a matter of fact.

I think it's that whole 'liberty' of movement and freedom part you're not quite getting. Making a vaccine or a test mandatory for interstate or international travel is not liberty of movement or freedom, it's putting arbitrary restrictions on who can and can't move.

Nowhere in the constitution does it say...only the healthy...or only the vaccinated...

On Friday, DeSantis followed through and signed an executive order prohibiting the use of so-called COVID-19 vaccine passports.

Today I issued an executive order prohibiting the use of so-called COVID-19 vaccine passports. The Legislature is working on making permanent these protections for Floridians and I look forward to signing them into law soon. Read my EO here – https://(link tracking not allowed)/3dxuipJ

Good on Florida, hopefully more States will follow. : )

They will

And for some strange reason that upsets the most gutless among us

Get vaccinated. Still wear a mask.

A moron is a moron is a moron

Hell, there was a bunch of people on ATS bragging about how masks are fashion accessories that give them super powers of communication.just the other day.

I wonder if slaves used to do that with their slave collars? Accessorise with them and such.

Arbitrary. The word doesn't mean what you seem to think.

Putting conditions on a right or having to have permission from the gov means that its no longer a right.. i hope the left figures this out eventually.

So, showing ID to vote means it's not a right?

Am I allowed to enter the petrol station without proving my vaccination against the measles

IF SO - WHY????????????????

Does the petrol station want to murder old people with measles?

What airline or country restricts travel for those who can’t prove vaccination against rubella?

Can you name even ONE?

But an innocuous virus with a 99.97% total recovery rate - RUN FOR THE HILLS! WE’RE ALL GONNA DIE!!

Well...let's see...this disease was arbitrarily chosen as the scariest disease ever, the only justification given is

'Oh boy, look at those infection rates, aren't those super scary?'

The restrictions are fairly arbitrary, pass this test, or get this mandated shot...or no travel.

I mean there's millions of infectious diseases in the world, why not extend it.

Maybe AIDS patients shouldn't travel? Anyone with the flu or anything else contagious.

What makes that any more arbitrary than covid?

I mean look at those AIDS death rates

www.unaids.org...

Look what AIDS does to countries in Africa?

Why do we let those AIDS ridden #ers travel?

Oh wow look

The government says it’s ok to travel now, so all of a sudden I think it’s ok to travel too.

Thanks for giving me my opinions government. Where would I be without you?

Just prove that you’re vaccinated against the measles and it’s ok to enter the bar. Why hasn’t that been the law all along?

Because measles is under control. Due to vaccination, mostly. Measles is not pandemic.

One does not contract HIV quite as easily as one contracts the COVID virus.

I guess the people travelling to south east Asia to # cheap prostitutes and then return back to their home countries will be relieved to hear that.
