Biden Administration Prepares Way For Banks To Refuse Service To Democrats’ Enemies

By abusing the powers of federal regulators, Operation Choke Point 2.0 would stifle the bipartisanship, unity, and healing President Biden claims to desire.

Amongst the record-breaking number of executive actions taken by President Joe Biden was one related to a little-known, frightening Obama-era program called Operation Choke Point. The program, dubbed so under former Attorney General Eric Holder, uses the power of the federal government to target legal yet leftist-disfavored businesses. These include gun sellers, pawnshops, and short-term money lenders.

The Trump administration did its best to end this blatantly unconstitutional program that sought to discriminate against legal industries. In 2017, the Justice Department declared the program “formally over.” At the end of Trump’s term, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency established the Fair Access rule to solidify its culmination.

But on Jan. 28, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency under President Biden announced it would pause the Trump-era rule intended to prevent another Operation Choke Point from happening again.

Despite all the lies from the far left leaders, whom love China more than the U.S., calling for unity and peace the U.S. government under Biden/Harris is reviving an Obama era law that specifically targets conservative/right-wing businesses through banks. By forcing banks to stop having businesses with conservative/right-wing businesses. The unlawful law is called "Operation Choke Point", and Biden is reviving it after President Trump stopped this law from being implemented in 2017.

Federal officials pressured banks to close the accounts of businesses solely because they were ideologically opposed to their existence. This runs counter to the very principles of due process and fairness that form the backbone of our nation’s laws.

This program, known as Operation Choke Point, operated unrestrained for years. Officials at both the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) threatened banks with regulatory pressure if they did not bend to their will. Gun and ammunition dealers, payday lenders and other businesses operating legally suddenly found banks terminating their accounts with little explanation aside from “regulatory pressure.”

Well I was right about Mims Street talk at those in the know was able to get out of the United States by March of last year many went to New Zealand and Polynesian countries.

That is why I asked what I did above.

What do the three types of businesses listed have in common that not only makes them fall into the same category, but also makes them exclusively "rightist".

They lead in with gun sellers who, if we believe the stereotype, are all owned by right leaning americans, but that is highly unlikely.

Even worse, what do pawnshops and short-term money lenders have to do with political affiliation?

Is this the bill that stops high interest lending?

Not sure how gun dealers fit into it pawnshops and short-term loans do. 100% loans are sick. I need to look into what both sides have to say about this because I don't think either will give the full picture.
