There will probably be some of those too.

There's another longshot I've considered, that they may also attempt to replace Biden and Harris as quickly as possible -- before the full extent of wrongdoing is known -- and then say, "Well, it's not even Biden and Harris any more, so we can't replace them anyway. It wouldn't be fair to punish the new Prez and VP for something someone else did." Biden's mental deterioration cannot be ignored any longer, so there's an excuse for pushing Biden out. Kamala's failures on every front also cannot be ignored any longer -- particularly the border. So there's reason to push Kamala out as well.

I'm sure the worst critters also have plenty of fall guys and scapegoats to throw under the bus to save themselves.

An excellent and accurate analogy! It's critically important right now that the officials in Arizona who want THE TRUTH, don't give in to threats from powerful evil people. Whatever they have, needs to be released ASAP, before the threats begin arriving at their homes.

It's important that a COURT OF LAW certifies the audit results. Mainstream Media (95% of all US media) will ignore the results if not favorable for Joe Biden, unless a COURT certifies those results as accurate.

Supreme Court or Lower Court, the CNN, ABC, NYTimes of the world always report court rulings, even if they are "bad" rulings for Democrats/Biden.

Is it possible for a court to be asked to simply confirm the results? I would think their authority only extends to judging the law and its application, not the results of an audit.

How do you see that happening -- except within related civil/criminal trials with discovery?

Pretty sure it starts with democrats challenging AZ Senate or court currently overseeing audit after action or rulings due to audit results.

Don't really know.

But certain the audit's legal team has a plan.

If it is only Arizona authorities saying results indicate Donald Trump won the state, it will not be reported... Or it will be reported and denied as being true by 95% of the US media.

Americans will go to the polls in 17 months not knowing that Joe Biden won Arizona by cheating, if the liberal media remains 95% of all news media.

When President Trump said the US news media is the biggest enemy we all face as americans, he was not kidding.

I think the challenge to the Senate and/or the audit has played itself out -- at least in terms of the Senate's power and authority to conduct such an audit. So any court case would probably have to challenge the results of the audit itself, and probably confined to the material effects of the audit. So if someone is named and shamed for their part in wrongdoing, they would necessarily have to challenge the results, in order to prove there was no truth to the claims. Likewise for someone charged with criminal wrongdoing as a result of the audit. I would expect the parties to bring their own experts however, to discredit/debunk the audit procedures and results though, rather than a court hiring experts to confirm or debunk the report.

I would certainly hope the audit's legal team has been advising them every step of the way to ensure their methods and results are air tight!

This is likely nothing more than a drawn out show, in order to calm the masses that are upset. Fraud or no fraud, no real change will occur. Time will pass, and like every single other thing that is/was/should have been, a big deal, will be just another loss. What are people going to do about it?

The media will have to report on any results released. They have already reported on the audit, and even their viewers will want and expect them to report on the final results.

They will almost definitely continue their current SOP and discredit/debunk everything related to the audit -- who called for the audit, who conducted the audit, how the audit was conducted, the results of the audit -- anything and everything will be fair game for the media.

I'm more inclined to think Big Media will go into "No true Scotsman" mode, throw the pre-designated fall guys and scapegoats under the bus, focus ALL their attention on the chosen few, and portray it all as rogues or an isolated incident.

Yes! I'm glad you added that... because I forgot to add that Arizona is already informing Georgia and Pennsylvania and other states. The states preparing the way NOW will only be empowered by these results, whatever they are. Even if absolutely no wrongdoing is found -- and I personally doubt that is the case, but it's possible -- that's confirmation of election integrity, and how can that be a bad thing? Conducting their own audit will only put the public's fears to rest once and for all.

And Arizona can save them time and effort in pointing what not to do, as well as what to do, and how they might tailor procedures to their particular state's election laws and procedures.

I cannot tell you what other people will do about it. But I do know that this defeatist attitude didn't get us this far, and it won't get us any farther...

We'll figure out where to go from here -- and how -- when we know all the whys and wherefores from the final report. The chips will fall where they may.

Arizona will not be enough for the masses.

But should be enough to force a few other important audits.

And those audits should be enough.

Then federal courts would be important.

"They" have won too many battles, but they cannot win the war unless and until we give up or give in. And that's just not an option. So we keep fighting the good fight however long it takes.

This audit isn't perfect, but it's the best we've got, and we've gotta make the best and most of it... including new audits in new counties and states.
