And that was the moment I knew it was happening... no other reason for it to be there. I am still more inclined to think it is domestic rather than foreign though. But if the facts change, then my opinion may/will change.

Desperate arguments from democrats.

Once JUDGE knows what we 'know', those arguments will almost certainly fail.

Audit team attorneys appear happy to delay further action on routers until judge knows what they 'know'.

I think a wise strategy.

But very frustrating.

Perhaps it's all part of Karen Fann's long game... Now that the bulk of the examination phase of the audit is completed, so nothing can stop that now, perhaps this was a strategic revelation at this time to give Fann further cause before a court to have the routers and passwords released. At the same time, hopefully making it that much harder for either Hobbs or the Board of Supervisors to stop the release of the final report.

Maybe it's just me, but I feel like we're in the quiet before the storm. It's too quiet...

It looks like the machines are going to be the same. They want to make sure they are the same as before the recount. Nothing will change. I have zero confidence in the vote.

They won't admit any fault of course no matter what the result. They will say the new audit team didn't know what they were doing and the machines are now compromised.

Maybe I'm a bit jaded about the Elections. They might have irrefutable proof. Proof that will hold up in a rigged court.

This rings true. Here is what is actually going on. The Democrats know the results will be coming in and are stalling it with lawyers. They will drag this out as long as possible. Maybe months or even more than a year. And that is why other states have already called out for their own audits. The sooner they get started the sooner the mess will be over.

There is a video at the link, with Mark Finchem explaining the new ballots -- with watermarks -- to be introduced. All ballots will be available online for anyone and everyone to see. Each ballot will have an identifying number which only the voter will know, and the voter can track their ballot to be sure it was accepted and counted correctly.

Election consultants: Results of Arizona ballot recount will be inaccurate at worst, incomplete at best

The Arizona Senate’s contractors cracked open the first box without a way of knowing how many ballots should be in each box, without a complete understanding of the complicated way the county tallies votes and stores ballots, without much to compare their results to and without a background doing this type of work.

The "complicated" way the county tallies votes... hmmm... are they using some fancy schmancy new math? Not the old fashioned "1, 2, 3, 4..." for them?

Four national election consultants called it an error-prone and ever-changing process.

The article also faults the method of re-counting the ballots on the spinner, claiming that the workers don't have enough time to accurately see the ballot marks (for Prez and Senator). Other complaints are that the auditors are inexperienced, although pointing out this is a first, so no one is "experienced" at these methods and procedures. And of course that they were missing pertinent records/docs that the County did not provide.

Morrell, who served as an observer of the audit for the Secretary of State’s Office during the first week of May, said that she hopes that, before the numbers come out, people understand that they should expect them to look different from the county’s.

Really? We should expect the auditor's totals to be different than the county's totals... EXPECT? Okay... must be that new math they use to tally votes...

This is not because there was fraud on the part of the county, she said...

Um hum... yeah... right.

...but because the audit was mismanaged, processes changed too frequently and there initially was no quality control.

“This was a group of inexperienced individuals, with no planning, no expertise, and changing practices,” she said. “Of course the numbers don’t match. This is why this whole endeavor has been so alarming and dangerous.”

Wow. Just wow.

They say the cover up is almost always worse than the original crime... It looks like that might be especially true in this situation.

If it can be shown that they knew there was fraud, and they staged a literal armed "insurrection" to prevent legitimate objections from being heard, they literally escalated the non-violent crime to a violent coup.

It's not looking good, especially in light of the article I just posted after your comment...

Democrats will be down to distracting from exactly these two questions once results are publicly released.

We are prepared.

Something else you got me thinking about yesterday regarding the ballots, we had a record high number of Federal-only ballots... ballots in which the voter does not need to be registered, no means to verify their identity or legal status, and the voter can only vote for federal offices. Specifically, president and congress critters.

Federal ballots could have been run off pretty quickly by Runbeck, and could not be as easily identified as fraudulent because it does not include local races that would be on a normal ballot sent to voters.

Along with the adjudicated ballots, I wonder if the federal ballots will also have problems.

If the count differs, and fraudulent ballots can be identified, then the discrepancy will be visible, trackable, and indisputable. I think that part is what scares them the most. Verifiable facts.

Looking forward to the truth.

When/if such canvassing does start, I hope they flood the public sphere with PSAs stating very clearly, "We will be sending canvassers to confirm voter/voting status, our people will be wearing such-and-such (specific clothing, ID lanyard, whatever), and will only be asking three questions: Are you Joe/Jill Six-pack? Did you request this ballot? Did you cast this ballot? Period. No one will ask who you voted for, or anything else. Please report to this person/agency if you observe anything different..."

We know the scare mongering has already begun regarding canvassers, it needs to be nipped in the bud.

It's really starting to look like there will be no "if" about it. But they won't be able to brush this aside as a difference of opinion and "who do you believe?"

The numbers don't lie. The ballots don't lie. Either they've got 'em or they don't.

That's what the audit is for.

exactly. This is what I have been saying since the beginning of all this. Quite a few folks feel this was screwed up. The answer lies in making sure the ballots are legit and the numbers match. If they do, and they are, then there is no reason to feel this was screwed up. So for the most secure election in history, they should be showing the world how great this is with a forensic audit in every state. Prove it and shut down the opposition right away. Unless.........
