If, as a member of the team that has been working on the filing, he knows that the suit will be filed tomorrow...then I would say he has first hand knowledge. If Powell simply told him that she is filing tomorrow, that would classify Lin as being a witness to the decision to file.

He says, " I have worked closely with @SidneyPowell1 & others over recent weeks. The lawsuit Sidney will be filing tomorrow in GA..."

Her doesn't seem to be hedging there at all...

Everything I've found says that treason, sedition, anbd related statues are under federal criminal jurisdicftion, not military/UCMJ jurisdiction.

What makes you think these prosecutions will or even could legally be prosecuted by military tribunals?
