What does that mean exactly? He was not doing his job? Or refuses to?

Very interesting, nice catch.

I've seen that name a LOT in the last four years.

To be fair, what guy wearing a tie (noose) to work every day wouldn't resign after finding out they're a constant for the Clinton death list game show.

I only wish I had as income over his career to warrant giving up now.

Retirement sounds lovely. I've got plenty to do.

I don't get what your getting at.

He resigned saying that Trump's claims are unfounded and that doing what he was told goes against his integrity.

He said he wants no part of what Trump is trying to do.

The guy resigns from his cushy job because he might actually have to work? Yeah, I wonder if anyone else can see what is going on here. I knew people who have jobs where they don't have to do much then complain and threaten to quit when they have to actually do things. Some actually do quit when they get forced to work for a living.

Doublespeak award went to trump, ironically. Maybe the writer of this article could win it next time.

So the dude that heads the Election Crimes unit of the DOJ doesn’t want to do his goddamn job because it’s against his integrity?
That’s rich.
Is he Sally Yates husband?
How would he know that Trump’s claims are unfounded without an investigation?
That’s fine...get someone in there that will do the job.

Nope....he realized he was being strung along the entire time for this very moment in time. He was involved in the huge IRS scandal and conveniently the hard drives were erased so he and Lerner had no consequences.

This time is different. He will likely be prosecuted as a part of election fraud investigations.

He didn't quit because "integrity", who is stupid enough to buy that load? If he truly felt Trump had no leg to stand on, it would have turned out as such if he'd stuck around and done his damn job.

Talk about one big, suspicious stinking pile of manure.

Things seem to be really heating up. I wish I could be a fly on the wall, or on Pence's head when these discussions are held.

Let's not pretend. He most likely resigned because he's about to be caught up in all this BS and is guilty of playing a role in it.

This was the time for him to do his job. His one job.

Prove the election clean or dirty, either way. Instead when he couldn't stand the heat he got out of the kitchen. He should pay back every cent he made.

Maybe he was worried he or his family would get sick from an Arkanside like illness.
