No earthshattering revelations mate - just some refreshing discussion about the circus sideshow and how not everyone is buying tickets for it.

Have a lot of time for Greenwood but not essential viewing - nice to have on on the background though.

No worries mate - also thought this was a good interview with NARCAP's Ted Roe and apparently Bigelow came sniffing around their files wanting to purchase the originals (presumably to censor them from the public) but politely got told to GTFO.

A decade or so later, Reid was contacted by Robert Bigelow, a wealthy acquaintance in the motel industry whose father died in a plane crash and whose family reportedly blamed UFOs.

Wow...never heard that before. If true, it could be an explanation for his obsession for UFOS....

Also his son committed suicide at a pretty young age and he's mentioned that as his inspiration in the life after death stuff.

Seems to have been an accident in conditions of poor visibility. No mention of a UFO.

Don't know about his father's death but his son's death is reported as sparking an interest in consciousness studies.

The Bigelows’ interest in consciousness grew after the 1992 death by suicide of their 24-year-old son, Rod Lee, father of a baby son and as-yet-unborn daughter. (That son, Rod II, grew up to struggle with drug addiction and would also die from suicide at 20 in 2011.

NYT - Jan 2021

However that report [written by the same author of the original NYT piece on UFOs in Dec 2017 also says...

...Budget Suites made him the fortune he had promised himself. ..The money enabled him, however, to establish the Bigelow Foundation in 1992, collaborating with Bob Lazar, who claimed to have worked on reverse-engineering recovered extraterrestrial craft at the covert Nevada base known as Area 51.

NYT - Jan 2021

Which isn't very accurate. A company called Zeta Reticuli 2 was formed and ended rather rapidly after Bigelow found Lazar's secret sauce wasn't E115 as claimed [if you believe Vallee's Forbidden Science]. Or Lazar was storing furniture on Bigelow's premises [if you believe Bigelow's more recent interview with his media PR spokesman].

"But that's just Bob right?"

Things appear to be heading for the lawyers to sort out...

The former Pentagon official who went public about reports of UFOs has filed a complaint with the agency’s inspector general claiming a coordinated campaign to discredit him for speaking out — including accusing a top official of threatening to tell people he was "crazy," according to documents reviewed by POLITICO...

Lue Elizondo, a career counterintelligence specialist who was assigned in 2008 to work for a Pentagon program that investigated reports of "unmanned aerial phenomena," filed the 64-page complaint to the independent watchdog on May 3 and has met several times with investigators, according to his legal team...

Politico

Was he 'assigned' though? Hmmm...

The piece also states ...

...Elizondo told the IG he has evidence, in the form of emails, documents and the public record, "which suggests a coordinated effort to obfuscate the truth from the American people while impugning my reputation as a former intelligence officer at the Pentagon."

Source

Strange how he has all this 'evidence'. Yet in the 4 years since allegedly leaving the DoD has never produced a single document to prove what his duties relating to AATIP were. Not publicly anyway.

We are also told...

POLITICO is declining to publish the names of the Pentagon officials who are cited in the IG complaint because it is unclear whether they are being investigated.

Source

So there are some doubts. I guess we'll see whether anything comes of this.

Elusive Elizondo

The Pentagon seems awfully relaxed about someone leaking elements of their UAPTF report to Mr Beard and Mr Beardon Tats. While the press seems totally blasé about this situation.

Also, if this legal battle between Zondo and government officials is 'real' and not some kind of pantomime then his hardly goes with the original plan.

Which if we all recall was claimed by Tom DeLonge in an email date Feb 9th 2016 to John Podesta.

...This project is about changing the cynical views of youth towards government...

Yes that certainly was a bit of a drama at the time.

Talking of dramas.

Now, more than three and a half years after Elizondo told his extraordinary story about investigating unidentified aerial threats for the U.S. government, the saga has taken an unexpected turn. The DoD has now admitted exclusively to The Black Vault that they have destroyed some of the most crucial evidence that could either prove, or disprove, Elizondo’s work history within a secret UFO study known as AATIP.

That little nugget about the role of the NPSMS in managing third party access to SAP's is new to me.

If Lou was a Director at NPSMS on resignation (as per his letter)- this is interesting as managing access to SAP's with a co-intel slant would almost certainly involve constructing lots of half believable "stories" which be can used for assuring OPSEC.

Ah yes mate very well said - am not that well versed on all this but also found Pentagon spokesperson Susan Gough's background pretty relevant.

Gough’s background prior to commenting on UAPs for the Pentagon has not made her popular to many online UFO “‘D’isclosure” advocates. In 2003, she authored a Strategy Research Project where she wrote that the  “orchestrated combination” of public diplomacy, psychological operations (PsyOps), and public affairs is the definition of what is called “strategic influence.”

The nine strategies of 'Perception Management' are also starting to look pretty relevant.

That 'Let's Pretend' vid is pure class btw
