They urged AG Ellison to increase the charge from 3rd to 2nd degree, and are saving the body-cam footage of Floyd fighting in the police car, for the jury.

The above Increases the odds of a not guilty verdict on 2nd degree murder.

I wonder if its 2nd degree only.. or is 3rd degree still avail to the jury as a fallback?

Here's the strange thing. Assume they were buddies and it was a gang hit. Then premeditated killing not only makes sense, but kills the narrative. Since it is a "hate crime" maybe the feds step in. SOP is Rodney King, sure, but times have changed.

1) The orange marker is placed so that it's tip is higher than the pink, therefore orange = minute hand and pink = hour hand,
2) Orange/Pink point to 11:55 = 5 mins to midnight!
3) The black pen is at right angles to the other two - this points to MIRRORING like on Qclock,
4) The Q clock primary MIRROR runs from 25 to 55 min minute positions,
5) MIRROR of 11:55 on a 45 to 15 mirror (horizantal) would be 12:05 = 17 = Q,
6) MIRROR of 11:55 on a 00 to 30 mirror (vertical) would be 6:35 = Jun 8th? Or hands at 6 and 7 = Jun 7th?
