They urged AG Ellison to increase the charge from 3rd to 2nd degree, and are saving the body-cam footage of Floyd fighting in the police car, for the jury.
The above Increases the odds of a not guilty verdict on 2nd degree murder.
I wonder if its 2nd degree only.. or is 3rd degree still avail to the jury as a fallback?
