There I made a claim, an allegation.

I can name four or five or maybe six people off this forum who witnessed it. My story can change each time I tell someone and so can those names, and those people can all come out and firmly deny it.

But until the police ... or the FBI *and* the CIA and NSA all investigate it thoroughly. We can never really know, now can we?

There has been an inevstigation, done by the senate committee.

The dmeocrats elected to not participate in that investigation, because they wanted a different group to invetsigate.

The FBI declined to investogate any of these allegations.

All the fbi would do is get statements from the people invilved, which the senate committee has done.

Then it would be up to the senate committee to render a conclusion, as the fni does not do that.

Again, it is the dmeocrats that are refusing to particpate, because they dont care about getting to the truth

Kavanaugfh is willing to let them.

He said he will do whatever the committee says.

The dems asked the fbi to investigate, they said no.

So now they are trying to force kavaanugh to ask trump for an fbi invetsigation, which is a transparent attempt to stall as you know.

Meanwhile, why havent the accusers filed a police report. Kavanaugh has also said he would be fine with that.

Yet they refuse. What have they got to hide?

yeah but the statue of limitations still has expired.

The second answer is that even if an accuser went to the local department, the statute of limitations for pursuing the alleged crimes as described in public hearings appears to have long since passed.

Yes, they did.

If you watched the hearing yesterday, one of the senators explained that their staff of professional investigators fully investigated the claims, including interviewing the named witnesses.

He specified that the statements made by these witnesses as part of this investigation are under penalty of perjury, because that is how it works with Judicial Committee investigators.
