Any one with half a brain and an ounce of honesty knows the OIG report is not honest...Hillary 'intentionally' used her private server computer to transmit and receive classified information...Hillary 'intentionally' acquired a private server to prevent her gov't owned communications from being subject to public scrutiny...Those things are highly illegal...

Is it possible the sources who informed Steele lied? Of course it is. So far nothing has been debunked though.

Followed procedure and protocols set by the bureau and applied the law according to that.

I read about fifty pages of that stupid report. It clearly states that the investigation was not by the book, but that overall reviewing it they said that the outcome is the same. They said that Comey should have followed the rules better. It also stated there were people in the FBI that were clearly bias, and that that will be dealt with shortly. I do not know where you are getting your information from, some of that report addressed different aspects and timeframes, you have to look at the individual conclusions. The conclusion was just that even though things were messed up, the overall results of things would have probably been the same on some of them....but not all.
