FBI Agent Joe Pientka is going to testify against Comey and McCabe

There has been a couple of days of rumor that many FBI agents have asked to be subpoenaed by congress in order to testify about abuse by the higher ups in the FBI. Today one has come forward. And he is an important one. Agent Pientka did interview General Flynn.

Here is a copy of the Senate request to make him available for questioning:

SO with this and the rumor mill going on about requests for subpoena's, I would have to conclude that the S is about to hit the F in regard to the "Russia
Collusion" investigation.

Advice to the DNC pals, "by any means necessary" can sometimes come back to bite you where the sun doesn't shine.

A storm is coming for our leftist friends. And the last name isn’t Daniels nor in porn....,since that fell flat for them too. One of the fifty things that have failed in derailing Trump because they don’t like the results of the election.

If they have dirt on Obama or Hillary then I applaud their bravery in stepping forward. I hope they have a mechanic checking their vehicle every day and security guards 24/7 to prevent a "random" murder/mugging.

Friday is the deadline for the FBI and Justice Department to give the Senate Judiciary Committee key documents in the Michael Flynn case.

In a May 11 letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray, Grassley noted that more than a year ago, on Feb. 15, 2017, the Judiciary Committee requested a copy of the transcript of a Dec. 2016 phone call between Flynn and Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak. It was that call that led the FBI to go to the White House to question the newly installed national security adviser on Jan. 24, 2017, just four days into the Trump administration. And it was that questioning that led to Flynn pleading guilty to lying to the FBI.

They have been stalling congress for MORE THAN A YEAR.

"Director Comey specifically told us during that briefing that the FBI agents who interviewed Lt. General Michael Flynn 'saw nothing that led them to believe [he was] lying,'" Grassley wrote. Comey "led us to believe … that the Justice Department was unlikely to prosecute [Flynn] for false statements made in that interview."
On Dec. 1, 2017, with special counsel Robert Mueller in charge of the case, Flynn pleaded guilty to one count of lying to the FBI.

Gee who were the agents that conducted that interview????

I couldn’t get your link to work, but I did find the letter requesting Pientka be available for questioning.

It doesn’t say anywhere there that Pientka asked to be subpoenaed, nor that he plans to testify against Comey. Where are you getting that particular information?

As always, keep dreaming your weird and confused dream. It's a done deal. It is happening. The word is that many of these guys did not want to come out under the "whistle blower" idea as they would have to pay their own legal fees and with Muellers crew that means losing all of your property and livelihood. Thus why they wait for subpoena. And the subpeona's are being completed. This summer is going to be interesting. Not for you though, for you this summer (at least in a political sense) will be completely depressing.

It is the kinda investigation where the gop will claim they found bias, but none that is worth pressing charges over or taking any other legal action..

Chairman Grassley ...wants to see the notes of these people and he wants to interview the one agent who was there who was very, very, very serious about how Flynn did not deceive. That agent that he wants to interview is the agent who went to the Inspector General and complained about the conduct of Strzok and McCabe.

If Pientka went to the IG, I'd say that isn't likely good news for Comey or McCabe.
