No it did not. QE has no movement. It is an instantaneous change.

No your good. And so far you have the only true argument for something moving faster than light.

Only issue is we can't measure this, yet.

And it's only valid IF we live in an expanding medium. Could be that whatever space is, it's already everywhere all the time. In that case there wouldn't be any movement.

Not faster because QE has no movement.

Again semantics. If the communication is sent and received faster than a light wave communication it is indeed clocked as faster than the light wave communication.

Transporting vs travelling. If I enter a wormhole I am transported to some far off location. Moat people would think of this as travelling.

You can't clock something that hasn't moved.

In QE the particles never move.

There is no movement only a change in the state of the particle.

That change happens instantly.

You sure can. They clock the communication from the satellite to earth. It's already been done.

You are arguing to argue. If you receive data faster than light it is what it is. The transportation of data faster than light.

But it's not transportation at all.

There is no movement.

Your saying something moved when it didn't.

The particles change each other without moving.

The speed of the particles is zero.

So the communication wasn't transported to different locations?

right it wasn't transported. The data stayed where it was . The particles on the other end that are entangled changed to reflect the data. Nothing was sent anywhere.

The quibit of information was transmitted between two entangled atoms.

How long are you planning on playing fast and loose.

Information is transmitted between locations.

Look at it this way.

Particle A is in florida. Particle B is on the moon.
Particle A and particle B never move.

But when particle A is changed from red to green particle B instantly with no lag or time delay at all changes green in the same moment.

Particle A was never green longer than particle B.

Sorry, that's wrong. Information is sent instantaneously, faster than light.

I don't need to look at it anyway. I fully understand the situation. You are playing with word definitions.

The quebit of info did however travel.

Do you have a source that says that there was a movement of physical information and that it was faster than light?

Tell me what was the speed if it was clocked as you claim?

light travels at 299792458 metres per second. We know that because we can time it.

Show me where QE experiment listed the time it took for entangled particles to react to each other.
I want to see the meters per sec number that you claimed they traveled at.

I never stated a physical particle moved. The information moved. The communication is ftl. The quantum bits of information travel up to about 100 miles at this point faster than light.

The problem here is that you are looking for something to move. When information moves, something moves. There is no such thing as particles, everything is simply different forms of energy. You want an electron to move, but there isn't really an electron when you break it down, it's just a packet of energy. Mass is an illusion that we are just beginning to see through. Quantum entanglement uses a form of energy transfer that we do not yet understand but can measure.

Quantum entanglement does not transfer energy.

For every qubit you have to transfer two classical bits for the transport to work. You have to tell the other side what you have measured.

The speed of light is only the speed limit of what we can observe. That's all it is. If the speed of light was the actual limit for matter then how can it be squared and multiplied by mass to equal energy?

The answer to this question has been in plain sight the whole time. The speed of light is not the speed limit of anything, it's simply the the limit of what we can observe. Beyond that we simply cannot perceive it from our vantage point. That's it.
