No. Just Blood samples. Still no ties with Russia. As Corbyn said, Let's see the evidence before we jump to conclusions. May said, # that, we want War, a photo opportunity and a deflection from our horrendous government.

I guess you missed this bit:

He said trust bosses could also provide copies of medical notes to the OPCW.

May has said "We want war"? When did she say that? You are full of BS.

I work in Salisbury. People here appreciated her visit and her all important message that "Salisbury is open for business".

And would it really have made much difference if she hadn't popped by? Do the residents of Salisbury really need her affirmation that all is ok and additionally Porton Down is nothing to be scared of?

A Judge has ruled that blood samples can be taken from the Skripals and given to the OPCW along with their medical notes. This is because they are in no fit state to give the necessary consent.

Let me get this straight.

If a person is involved in a serious accident and goes into a coma whilst being taken into hospital, then before the hospital medical team can take a sample of their blood for possible course of treatment, they have to apply to a Court to be able to do so?

No, of course not. They have to apply to the Court to get permission to disclose it to A THIRD PARTY. Which the OPCW obviously is.

Well, she is our PM. Here in Salisbury people are staying away because of all this. The market was virtually empty on Tuesday, for instance.

No one here is scared of Porton Down as far as I know.

It's not just blood samples, it's their medical notes and records too. I am sure you would not be happy if your personal records were disclosed by your Dr to a third party without your permission or, if you were not able to give that permission by reason of incapacity, the Court's.

Pretty straightforward, really.

Do the people of Salisbury see their government as being truth-telling? Is that a well-established characteristic of the government?

From across the pond, it seems the allegations have not been proved at all. Mere claims with no substantiation, just as with MH17 years ago.

Did you miss the whole investigation in to MH17 and the ensuing report?

No one from the Govt is saying that these claims have been proven, there is an ongoing Police investigation and the independent OPCW is examining the samples etc. The evidence so far points to Russia.

MH17 - there was an investigation, you know.

Our governments have had acces to Novichoks since 1991. BBC News made a report on it on Monday. August 9. 1999.

Uzbekistan asked US experts to help them destroy a former Soviet graded nerve agents expecially Novichoks.

Russia might have been the founder and produser of this nerve agent, but sinse 1991 other nations such as the US and Uzbekistan have had acces to this specific nerve agent as well. Uzbekistan broke out of Soviet Union in 1991.

The UK government failed to mention that in their report when they just a week ago stated that only Russia had this spesific nerve agent. In other Words the UK government lied.
UK have known and must have a had a sample of this nerve agent in their possession sinse they knew it was Novichoks. And their sample that they used to identify the nerve agent .... probably comes from Uzbekistan. There is no way that the Uk could have identified the nerve agent without a sample and prior knowledge of its exact Properties.

Here is what I actually said:-

"a reply to: Soloprotocol

Here is a link to a Police update of their investigation from the Salisbury Journal. There are apparently some 4000 hours of CCTV footage which they are trawling through. We will not know the result of all this for a while as it is a complex investigation.

Police Update

You do not know that there are "zero suspects" at this stage. The Police will not release anything that may prejudice a fair trial.

Murder suicide? Jeez.... have a word with yourself!"

Where exactly did I "call him out as a Commie"?

I have consistently pointed out to you that there is a complex ongoing Police investigation and now another one by the independent OPCW.

When they said that Russia is the only nation that possess the nerve agent Novichoks.

The UK have it to. Dident you know? Are you not capable of seeing the lies in this mess.... ?

How did the UK government come to the conclution that this nerve agent was the russian Novichoks?
The only way the UK could have known that is if they have a sample of their own to compare it to.

There are at least two possebilities where the UK got this Novichok from.

1. The US.
2. From Uzbekistan.. Uzbekistan was a part of the former Soviet Union until 1991. BBC New wrote a article on the subject where Uzbekistan asked US experts to help them destroy different nerve agens, but one in particular.... Novichoks.

Our governments have had Novichoks for 27 years....

Yes it becomes wery complex when you have to build your accusations on a lie. It is what this is.

The UK are framing Russia with a russian nerve agent that the UK have had in their possetion since the 90s.
