really? locking down ALL schools in the whole city? this kind of mass hysteria and panic is dangerous and making things seem worse than it actually is, it smells of a ploy to destroy peoples rights by instigating unnecessary fear in people and causing panic.

There is a couple of things going on here. We are dealing with the age old.."if it bleeds it reads" news agenda in a 24/7 news coverage world wide now. When the news doesn't cover a typical weekend in lets say Chicago where they had a mild weekend with 6 shooting deaths and 22 shootings wounded but will spin this for days there is an agenda that is a part of all this.

I keep hearing "another shooting" its like saying oh no another death in America where 6000 die ever hour of the day since we are at 330 MILLION...Think about that for a minute 330 MILLION, and now we suggest the fall of society as we know it if just one out of 330 MILLION goes crazy....

I always feel sorry for the victims and I wish the families peace, but we live in a world of "look squirrel" now to whatever the media decides for the day to make a point about.

For all we know, these two people may have been killed in a drug deal gonw wrong.

Over 60,000 people died from drug overdoses last year, 40% of them being prescription opioids.

When will we hear about RiteAid and Walgreens doing the 'right thing' and refusing to fill prescriptions for those killer drugs?

Anyone else watching the news see how once the perp was identified as black they dropped coverage?

36 million people die of hunger EVERY YEAR! That more than the death toll of almost any war on record except WW2. So tell me again how these shootings are what outrages people when they could give a $hit less about the big killers out there....

Cameras dont do a darn thing if nothing is ever released to us to see. Their are cameras at the Florida Hs and their were cameras in vegas and their are cameras EVERYWHERE. They dont want you seeing whats really going on because it wont fit the narrative on everybodys propaganda boxes. You theirs many many stories about people using guns to protect themselves from these violent attroceties but they never ever get media recognition. Why is that? Ratings baby! I live in KC we have a shooting reported on the news almost every day. All I meant by "run of the mill" is it is what we always see every single day.
