Lost in all the noise about Trump and the new round of Clinton investigations, is that a grand jury in Vermont is investigating Bernie's wife, Jane Sanders.

She is accused of fraudulently obtaining a loan while president of Burlington College.

The loan was to buy land from the Diocese of Burlington to expand the college. But she greatly overstated the funding level of the college. In the end, everyone involved lost a bunch of money, and the college closed.

Bernie's gonna have a tough time running for president again in 2020 if his wife is in prison.

Yah, we should give de-centralization a chance. Personally I'm for splitting it all up into 50 different pieces but the majority are statist collectivists who trust in the delusion.

Although I like Bernie, too many of our presidential candidates are just too old. He would be 79 years-old if he ran for president. The constitution has a 35 year-old minimum age limit for anyone running for president, which probably could be lowered to age 30. To be fair, there should also be a maximum age limit for anyone running for president.

I know some people may think this is discrimination of the elderly, but once people hit their early 60's there is just too many physical and diminishing mental problems that can start taking a toll on the human body. Anyways, isn't setting an age of 35 being discriminatory? Placing someone in a position that has to deal with world leaders, world conflicts, domestic and foreign issues, a demanding schedule, and has control over the worlds most powerful military and huge nuclear arsenal, certainly needs to be both physically and mentally fit.

I would say 55-60 years of age should be the maximum age to be eligible to run for President. Considering if a 55 year-old candidate won the presidency, and possibly was elected to two presidential terms, they would finish their max term at the age of 63. If the maximum was set at 60, they would finish there maximum 2 terms at the age of 68. I really think that's reasonable and it lowers the possibility of having a leader who can become incapacitated and possibly make disastrous decisions because of an undiagnosed mental illness.

Terms limits would eliminate the geriatric problems and career politicians we currently have in Congress and in the Senate.

You forget that the majority of voters are retired people, and we're just hitting the baby boomer retirement boom.

dude, if we split China would have goons patrolling your neighborhood and lining up your friends and families for mass public executions. We need to add states, not remove them.

Those 'fifty states' are supposed to be autonomous, independent of the Fed poking its nose in their business. But the Federal subsidies and regulations are to embedded to tempting to resist.

Be the first states politician to stop accepting money from Washington for your personal pork barrel projects.

Your Constituency will fry you.

True enough but have you noticed that something like 15 states have quietly passed resolutions to make silver and gold legal tender? I mean you'd have to be insane now to pay taxes in PMs but if the dollar goes, and we're forced to use something like the SDR, things change, quickly.

Did you know, after the stock market crash in 1929, they confiscated everyones gold (1933).

Whatever hedging you do, don't pay brokers fees buying precious metals as a hedge. Its a registration of who you are , where you live and how much you purchased.

I'll believe it when she's in prison and not before.

This isn't the first time this rumor has surfaced.

Okay, trillions of dollars of foreign countries infrastructure destroyed, millions killed or displaced, whole regions suffering poverty, threat of disease and starvation.

Because of this gubments foreign 'Policy'.

Not some Bernie Sanders, or Rosie O'Donnell, BLM, Thug Life, Chicago Gangs, Palestinians, Islam or any other scape goat we present in the main scream.
